General education Permanent Secretary Chishimba Nkosha has died after a short illness.
His son Mwila has confirmed this through a Facebook posting on his wall, saying his father fell sick yesterday and died in the early hours of today.

Mr Nkhosa was the best PS no doubt, he was humble and simple. Unlike his predeccessors. Even his Directors are below his personality. Hr was able to talk to mere Class Teachers from all over the country without segregation. Please ba MOE hq learn from the late Nkhosa. All the Directors are aloof and bossy. May God let our late PS to rest in peace.
