Power Dynamos acting head coach Anderson Phiri appears un-fazed by the looming big Kitwe derby against Nkana set for Saturday at Nkana Stadium in Wusakile.

In a pre-match interview, Phiri said the derby is for players.

He however said winning will be Power’s prime target in this Week 10 match of the FAZ Super Division.

“A derby is for players. Players know each other and they know what they do. I will just motivate them, I think this will be a motivating game,” Phiri said.

This will be the first instalment of the Kitwe derby in this year’s campaign.

“Definitely every coach prepares his team to win games,” Phiri said.

Last season, Power beat Nkana in the return match after the Wusakile club had won the first round encounter at home.

This game is live on SuperSport kicking off at 15h00.
