Nkana creative midfielder Jacob Ngulube is seeking another Chipolopolo call-up ahead of the final 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying stage.
Ngulube made his Zambia debut at the recent COSAFA Cup in Namibia.
The ex-Mufulira Wanderers play-maker is pledging to work hard to earn a place in the Zambia team that will compete in Group B of the World Cup qualifiers that starts in October.
“I am happy to have played for the national team. I want to continue working hard so that I am selected for the World Cup qualifiers,” Ngulube said.
Zambia is playing against Algeria, Cameroon and Nigeria in Group B.
Ngulube has become an integral part of Nkana since coming to Wusakile from Mufulira Wanderers at the start of the season.
“I am happy to be playing for Nkana. What I expected is what I have found. At least I have game time and the guys (players) have been supporting me,” he said.
The Damiano Academy product has scored four goals in the current FAZ Super Division campaign for second placed Nkana.
Continue working hard mwaice.
