PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has charged that Zambians are not ready to experiment with leadership by voting for the opposition because they are already satisfied with his work.

Mr Lungu said he was a tested leader who had served in various ministerial positions before taking up the presidency where he has also demonstrated his capabilities within a short time.

Speaking when he addressed a public rally in Kapiri Mposhi, Mr Lungu wondered how someone who had never served as a councillor could be aspiring to be president.

“Zambians are not ready to experiment with leadership, I have been on probation, you were trying me and you can’t say I have failed, what you now need to do is to confirm me for five years.

“I have served as deputy minister, minister for Home Affairs, Justice and Defence before being elected president while others have been losing from 2006,” he said.

“I have served as deputy minister, minister for Home Affairs, Justice and Defence before being elected president while others have been losing from 2006,” he said.

Mr Lungu also called on the Patriotic Front members to resist provocation from the opposition UPND to avoid violence as the country draws closer to next month’s elections.

He reiterated that the opposition UPND members had resorted to violent acts because they had realised that the party was losing the August 11 polls.

Earlier, Local Government Minister Stephen Kampyongo said 40 boreholes would be sunk in Kapiri Mposhi to avert water shortages that had been caused by reduced rainfall.

Former vice-president Enoch Kavindele and former Kabwe Central MP Austin Chewe were among the people that addressed the rally.

And traditional leaders in Ngabwe District have told President Edgar Lungu that people in the area are geared to vote for him in the forthcoming general elections.

Meanwhile, the Head of State has assured people in the district that the Patriotic Front (PF) means well for the welfare of every Zambian.

Chiefs Mukubwe and Ngabwe of the Lenje and Lima-Lenje people, respectively, assured President Lungu of a resounding victory in the August 11 polls.

The duo said this yesterday when Mr Lungu, who was in the area for a working visit, called on them.

“Your Excellency, you are the first sitting Head of State to visit us and let me assure you that the people here are with you.

“PF has responded favourably to our call for Ngabwe to be designated as a district and this has led to rapid development,” Chief Mukubwe said.

He said the area had witnessed the development of infrastructure in sectors such as health and housing.

The traditional leader urged the President to ensure that contractors engaged on developmental projects did their work urgently and efficiently.

Chief Mukubwe thanked the President for increasing chiefs and retainers’ allowances as the move will ease the operations of traditional leaders.

He also condemned the political violence witnessed ahead of the elections.

Chief Ngabwe wished the Head of State well ahead of next month’s polls.

In response, President Lungu said the Government would seriously look into the social and economic challenges affecting the area.

“We have vigorous development programmes in all sectors among them health and education and your royal highnesses let me assure you that we are doing everything possible to uplift the living standards of our people in Ngabwe,” the President said.

Mr Lungu, who was accompanied by his campaign manager Samuel Mukupa, deputy Frank Bwalya and party deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri, also toured selected developmental projects.

Among, the facilities visited was the site which will house the new Ngabwe police station and camp.

He also toured the site designated for the new district administration block, council and post office.

After the tour, Mr Lungu urged provincial ministers and permanent secretaries to collaborate with the Ministry of Finance in facilitating timely project completion.

This follows reports of dragging construction projects in some parts of the country on the pretext that Zambian contractors in particular were incompetent.

“Well, we can’t criticise everyone because there are some Zambian contractors who are doing a good job elsewhere. So I urge people responsible for projects; the ministers and permanent secretaries to work closely with the Treasury which deals with a lot of competing needs,” the Head of State said.

Meanwhile, addressing a campaign rally at Mumba Chala Secondary School, the Head of State said the people should vote for leaders who stood for peace.

The President said some politicians did not respect the electorate as they had been found in the possession of offensive weapons while refusing to sign peace accords and attending national prayers.

“Such people do not mean well at all. So, please vote for peace, vote for PF, vote on the boat,” President Lungu told the jubilant crowd. Mr Lungu pledged to complete all developmental projects earmarked for the area as the people of Ngabwe deserved access to quality social services.

“If you want development, vote for PF, vote on the boat. PF will complete all the developmental projects including those left by late president Michael Sata because we do not promise the people lies, we cannot insult your intelligence,” he said.

He urged the people to vote for PF aspiring Lufubu Constituency Member of Parliament Gift Chiyalika and his counterparts contesting for ward and council chairperson positions.

  1. Do me a favor please? GERARA HERE!!!
We experimented with you and have learn in 5 years under PF what it took us 20 years to see under MMD. You were our experiment and never again. We need change.

    • So according to him, one can only become a Zambian president if he has served as ward chairman, Councillor, Minister, before becoming head of state. For heavens sake, HH has been leading the largest opposition political party and that’s more than enough experience to lead the country.

    • This Chakolwa master of backhanders and kickbacks, the most corrupt and incompetent President that Zambia will ever have, is a clear warning of why Zambians should be serious about who they choose for leadership. Chakolwa is a criminal who has looted the treasury in record time.

    • I believe the entire PF cadres from every party of Zambia were bused and Flown to Kapiri ton show a popularity which is not there

    • LT are also so bored by Lungu and Kavindere leadership. The last picture they only questioned what Edgar was dreaming by ????????????????
Those PF rallies must be boring, the speakers… Edgar, Kapyongo, Kavindere, and the annoyed Chewe. Where are the Jean Kapata, Mumbi Phiri and later days?Kambwili is aloner now, busy with his Tonga tactics, I feel sorry for him, he can’t be in same team as Edgar. Hooo the exciting GBM, Scott all those good speakers left PF.

    • BA BYE BYE, LET THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN ZAMBIA SAY THAT NOT IWE WE MBUTUSHI. YOU HAVE GONE TO WHEREVER AND NEVER HAVE YOU EVEN VISITED ZAMBIA IN DONKEY AGES.PF HAVE PERFORMED AND HAVEN’T BEEN DOING IT FOR ELECTIONS BUT FOR REAL DEVELOPMENT TO BENEFIT THE CITIZENS.

    • @ Limpo…you are wasted ”gift” seriously!

“I have served as deputy minister, minister for Home Affairs, Justice and Defence before being elected president while others have been losing from 2006,” he said.

      Pwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

    • HE HAS NO CONVINCING ISSUES TO TELL THE ELECTORATE. NO WONDER HIS DAUGHTER OFFERED TO DEBATE ON HIS BEHALF BECAUSE SHE KNOWS THAT HER FATHER HAS NO CAPACITY TO DEBATE WITH HH. HE WOULD JUST TURN OUT TO BE AN EMBARRASSMENT. KK, NYERERE, KENYATA, MANDELA, MUGABE, MUSEVENI, KAGAME, FTJ, GEORGE WASHINGTON, ABRAHAM LINCOLN, ETC. HAD NOT SERVED AS MINISTERS BEFORE BECOMING PRESIDENTS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES. WHAT ABOUT TRUMP WHO HAS BEEN ADOPTED BY THE AMERICANS? A PRESIDENT PROVIDES LEADERSHIP. ANY PERSON WHO HAS HELD A POSITION OF LEADERSHIP IN AN ORGANIZATION CAN COMPETENTLY BECOME PRESIDENT. HH HAS BEEN A BUSINESS LEADER AND A LEADER OF HIS PARTY FOR MANY YEARS, HE IS THEREFORE MORE COMPETENTLY QUALIFIED TO BE PRESIDENT. HE IS EVEN BETTER THAN LUNGU.

    • NO. OF COURSE SIR WE ARE NOT READY. ESPECIALLY, THAT THE OPPOSITION IN ZAMBIA ARE RUBBISH AND JUST DREAMERS. THEY CAN’T EVEN EXPLAIN WHAT THEY STAND FOR. AND WHAT THEY ARE PROMISING THE NATION IS WHAT PF STARTED IMPLEMENTING IMMEDIATELY THEY ASSUMED POWER. SO WE BETTER STICK WITH PF WHO ALREADY DOING THINGS. BA OPPOSITION NI BANGWELE, FYE.

    • I don`t think Lungu would even be a manger in serious company. When you listen to the guy, you ask yourself how he became presiden. His leadership credentials are very low.b

  2. “I have served as deputy minister, minister for Home Affairs, Justice and Defence before being elected president while others have been losing from 2006,” he said.

What about been CONVICTED as EMBEZZLER by the High Court, becoming rich trough dubious means, harboring dictatorial aspirations, destroying trust in judiciary and rule of law, practicing nepotism, destroying economy, condoning and be active instigator of grand corruption……………..?

    • Lungu you are wrong…..many Zambians are ready to vote PF out and especially you, Edgar Chagwa Lungu.

Recently a young grade 7 girl told me how much PF Lungu has destroyed her future by massive borrowings which her grandchildren won’t manage to repay let alone her generation and their children! I was Amazed.

Lungu PF, why don’t you tell people that you have without consent enslaved them with unprecedented debt. Why don’t you tell them that neither you nor PF has funded infrastructure but the debts burdening Zambian youths. Tell them that you stole part of this debt to become fatter and richer than you came from Chawama compound in 2015.

  3. We are voting for you mr president but some of your MPs will be retired. HH haa to wait for a while. We have learnt from Andrew Kamanga

    • really, what world do you live in??? you obviously can see the masses suffering, the brutality and the list goes on and you say, you are voting for lungu, I guess its an African mind set of perpetual backward mentality, not wanting good for everyone, I guess living abroad has not helped you, food for thought

  4. what a failure, this country is now a corrupt state has anyone ever heard of him talk about corruption. He has stolen k23 million in 1 year how much will he steal in 5 years time. Zambians wake up do we want to be Zimbabwe where we starve

    • And Lungu is “…selfless, patriotic and self-serving politicians…”

I agree with your definition of Lungu as “…self-serving politician…”!!! After all, what else can you expect from CONVICTED EMBEZZLER who manage to create non justifiable assets of 2.3 Million dollars in a short time!!!

    • Zenj your hate for ECL is appaling to say the least! You guys never tire hey? You have been blogging all sorts of nonsense of various platforms without attaining your motives, for years. Gerara here and go and vote…mukalalila fye daily! Elections are not won on blog sites, you NEVER learn ayi?..retards!

    • @ say what?

I do not hate either ECL or his moronic supporters. As a matter of fact, I am pitting you for been a bunch of simpletons worshiping individual who does not posses neither basic morality, never mind honesty. Elected officials come and go, but theirs deeds are to stay and influence life of our children for years to come.
Are you organizing red carpet reception for IMF? Five years of moronic decisions are to bear its fruit. Welcome to IMF Structural Adjustment Program!!! Welcome to Zambia future!!! Welcome to economic slavery!! Welcome to hardships of 1990’s!!! Welcome to PF achievements!!!!

  5. Politicians should learn to address issues. Who are you, what do you stand for, and help are you going to render so as for us to vote for you? A lot of money on rallies but nothing is being said. Democracy in Africa is an easy way of getting employment and amass wealth.

    • BA Cisi cesu. Where have you been all this time. Haven’t you read the PF manifesto for you to be asking such questions like a late comer. We already know ECL. A university graduate, lawyer, MP, former deputy minister and minister, and now president of Zambia. He stands for development, peace, love and unity. He expects everyone to pay due tax. The man is so democratic that he allows UPND cadres to take turns insulting him on ZWD and even here on LT. The people attending that rally will decide whether ECL continues or not. Not you. So wait for 11/08/2016 when those people in the picture speak through the ballot.

    • Lungu spends mist of his rallies attacking the opposition. He has never touched on the economy ??.

Those people you see are watermelons.

    • @ Chisenga, Respect for your views.
      1. It seems you have just confirmed, that PF Manifesto is just crap piece of paper meant to please PF members. Remember, the manifesto was presented many days after the bombastic start of campaign, where everyone expected it. If it was something valid, the President would be explaining it to people. Are you sure those masses attending those rallies are aware of the manifesto? Do YOU, understand? Do You know how PF will achieve it? Come On, you can do better @Chisenga.
      2. What is so democratic, when opposition is prevented from using State Media? Have you seen the numbers how ZNBC covers opposition? That should be of concern to any Zambian regardless of parties.

    • 3. What is so democratic when ECL says, he will be only PF President in next 5 years? I am sure you will say he never said that. If so, can the President explain what is he meant to develop those areas that just votes for him. Again, for a normal Zambian, this should be of concern , even without Party affiliation.
      4. To date the President has not explained how he has accumulated 23 million, again @Chisenga, you can do better. Even if you are PF and I respect that, but this should be of concern to YOU as well, unless you are one of those accumulating wealthy together with ECL.
      5. In standard democracy, there should be Debates, for people to understand the vision of the leader. In Africa we are behind because of people like you, YOU just follow without questioning.

  6. I don’t think everyone has 2 go thru the same route to lead a country. FTJ didn’t and there will be many others. Donald Trump on the other hand has not served in any government position but he might just lead America. Therefore, democracy has one unfairness -anybody can lead as long as they have numbers. Others will have 2 work hard and loose before becoming Presidents like One Sata yet there will be another who will not labor but inherit the presidency like One RB. Therefore, there’s no criteria

  7. Sontapo epowabomba……

HIGH Price of Mealie meal, saladi, kapenta, sugar, groceries, bread, surf, colgate, tomato, chicken, inama, nafimbi efyo PF yalundapo.

No jobs for youths, no money in the pocket and high ZRA taxes under Lungu PF. Sonta!!!!

Abundant criminal corruption by PF and it’s thugs at markets, stations and office. Sonta!!!

PF violence, brutality and killings. Sontapo!!!

  8. Lungu is a failed experiment. In 2015 Lungu had no vision and now still has no vision. Without a vision people perish and under Lungu people’s lives have been ruined while he is K23million rich from stolen govt money. Right now Lungu is stealing money from Treasury to finance PF campaigns. Lungu is a thief,a thug,a drunkard and lacks skills to manage a modern functioning economy. Lungu is a violent person who pretends to be Godly and yet his actions show that he is a Satan. Lungu has failed his apprentice and we have no choice but vote him out b4 he becomes a Mugabe in our land. Lets all vote for the sober and hardworking HH and his UPND Team. Forward with HH,GBM & UPND.

    • BA Miti. ARE THE VOTERS ATTENDING THAT RALLY ALSO THINKING LIKE YOU? THAT IS THE MAIN QUESTION THAT MATTERS. YOU CAN GO TO TOWN INSULTING LUNGU, CALLING HIM NAMES ETC. FOR AS LONG AS THOSE PEOPLE ON THE RALLY MAKE UP 50 percent + 1 NINSHI WALOBA ILYAUMA.

    • Ba Miti ndiye vuto muli nayo ba UPeND! Busy pa watchdog and LT! What have you yourself done to help your party win the elections? Blogging malabishi yeka yeka? Imwe kuwayaya fye, no direction nikisi, kungo pitilila na fowatrd yanu!nnnxxxaaaa!

  9. Hahaha experimenting with leadership my foot! Edgar is learning quite fast and forgetting his real self, what a shame! Zambians need to teach politicians a lesson, they mess up like PF, kick them period and have ten investigated for wealth they acquired so fast!

    • KKK – Have you read the above article and understood what ECL said? By the way, I now understand why ECL has lamented the poor reading culture in the country.

  10. Tell the nation how you managed to accumulate $2.3 million in 1 year while the majority of zambians go hungry.

LT why are you not showing the UPND chawama rally ??

  11. YOUR VOTE IS SECURED
    ====================
Dununa reverse! Long live ECL! Your vote is secured. Yes we shall not experiment. You have already nailed it.
    Sontapo iwe.

  12. This rally was very dry and the people seemed not to agree with him, they gave him the mandate last time and all he did was enjoy himself and get rich while becoming more arrogant and showing no concern for the people that put him there. He failed to do any of the stuff mentioned here like a simple borehole. Lungu is getting more desparate why he had to fly a helicopter at upnd rally with PF chitenge not very smart move.

  13. On the contrary! Zambians really want you to pack and go. We were ready for leadership but you had nothing to give so now we are 100% ready to try something new. We envision peace in our nation, job creation, appreciation of the Kwacha, that no man and women ever go hungry. We want to make sure corruption comes to and end. No more Chikwanda and Davies Chama. We want Zambians to exercise their rights and freedoms. Leadership does not mean Pf’s access to stealing taxpayers money.

  14. ALL but one of the above commentators on here are in Zambia. Stop this nonsense, Lungu that, HH this… Go and vote in August or your party losses… Again…

    • Good catch, but are you leading by example?
One would think, being abroad, would open up horizon to think unconventionally, but some people even with this opportunity to look at things from a different angle, they have not changed the mentality. Its sad.
Some of their views here are atrocious, let alone the common Zambian who is denied an opportunity to hear their future leader`s vision. Look, these rallies are just full of accusation of opposition parties, nothing about the manifesto

  15. THE CLOCK IS TICKING, FOR HAKAHIVOTELA HEKA, AND GENDER BASED VIOLENCE. THESE
MASSIVE CROWDS ARE NOT FERRIED FROM PLACE TO PLACE, THAT WHY YOU HEAR NOONE
INJURED IN A LORRY ACCIDENT AS AT UPND SMALL METINGS. THE CROWDS ARE REAL AND
TELL A STORY, A STORY OF SUCESS FOR ECL AND PF

  16. Look who is talking! Mr. Lungu, please be informed that my family and I are ready to experiment with leadership because you and PF have completely failed. We are voting HH on 11 August 2016. If HH fails, we will also remove him. It is that simple!

  17. LOL IF YOU LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE PICTURE IT IS PHOTO SHOPPED THE BACK GROUND ARE UPND MEMBERS AND JUST THE FEW IN FRONT ARE PF. KUYA BEBELA BA LUNGU

  18. I grew up during favourable government and worked hard and became rich.

This year for sake of a bright future for my grandchildren, I am voting PF out and voting in UPND and HH.

Lungu is a disaster for future generations to come. I am glad he was not President in the 70s to 2000 when I grew up and made my fortune.

  19. We shall do it again and again! Dununa Reverse! HH shall be buried for ever and no ressurection for him. Viva ECL…

  20. ECL will amass the largest electoral votes ever garnered by any of the past Presidents- Kalusa”ll compete with Edith for the remainder, lest Kalusa and his disciples are blind, watch the voter turn out o0n 11/08 then you will understand that those crowds were real and not bused as in your demagogue minds!Umuntu NiLungu!

  21. UPND is tribal. You just see the way southern province votes. Whether the candidate is mad or normal, as long as he is tonga or upnd, he she will win. All bembas or notherners and easterners and kalubales will be stupid to vote alongside the tongas very stupid indeed. SO VOTE LUNGU JUST AS TONGAS VOTE CHILEMA

    • All my eligible voting clan numbering more than 45 who I support financially where i can are voting HH.

Those that have not declreared their intentions are watermelons.

Come August 11 zambia shall be free.

  22. heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee why are you all so worked up? is it because of the a big cloud his Excellence pulled? ECl is cloud puller every one loves him do you know why? because he is the anointed, chosen one and there is nothing that all of you can do about it, just do like wise if you can not beat him join him. Just wait and see what will happen today in Kabwe, pls. do not hung your selves ECL love you all no matter what you say about him he still welcomes as is lost sheep.

    • Lungu can’t pull no crowd alone. Those people go for the free music and are mostly of the watermelon persuasion.

  23. up n down should start preparing for Kalusa”s successor, clearly hh kalusa has been an unsaleable candidate and has been roundly rejected by Zambians- what losses he has cast! Even Anglo America this time around have not come to his aid, those futile endorsers have also tied up their monies, except one fat small head zika virus survivor who has exchanged cash for a running mate position, alas, all in vain for the Bemba vote is for one Edgar Chagwa Lungu! Now all Kalusa can do is to explode with tantrums!!!!

  24. It’s time Zambians grew up and become adult and learn to face hard facts: Lungu admitted he is clueless and directionless, he is a convicted embezzler, he is a dedicated drunkard, are theses serious shortcomings not enough to convince Zambians that entrusting the future of the nation in this man is suicide? Zambians must stop accepting the unacceptable!

    • Maana what you see in Lungu is not what others see. What you see in Hypnotised Hyena is not what I see! So problem yako iwe nichani? Just go and cast your ka single vote kwasila! drunkard that drunkard this, ni drunkard yanyoko shaa!

  25. The reason why UPND will lose is because they always pick up what PF has dropped. Don’t kutina, Don’t kubeba 2, water melon and dununa forward, sonta apo waiba. They have faild to come up with something of their own. Even in campaign they are just talking about what PF is doing.

    • Zambians are no longer fooled by slogans , they want information on jobs, the economy and to be told about when food prices will be low……

  26. The body language of the crowds tell it all. You can always pick it out when people are sitting with you without being with you. Mr Lungu and the PF have to work very very hard to change the tide of this election. I rest my case.

  27. If Lungu was clueless or vision less, he would not be commissioning projects country wide and attracting new investments in different sectors of the economy. The same roads Kalusa was criticising are the ones which are now a source of funds for the treasury through toll gates and virtually, the roads are building more roads through sustainable collections, and its only at a launch stage. Why should Zambians not believe in collective wisdom and follow an egocentric chap who believes only him alone has the wisdom to “change” Zambia- icintu cintu umwene! VIVA ECL!

  28. No No No, don’t speak for us. As Zambians we are ready to experiment with new leadership especially with what we gone through in the last 18 months. All economic indicators are down. Dr Kaunda,Did not have all those government portfolios before becoming President but he performed

  29. From the rallies thus far PF need musicians to pull reluctant crowd while it seems UPND only have their manifesto to tell the people

  30. I thought i will find the language on the Blog different. That the UPND has conceded. There are still some normal people out there thinking HH will win??? Go to Luapula, Northern, Muchinga, Copperbelt, Eastern, Western , and Lusaka Province, Central Province. There is no way HH will win this Election. ECL is winning the election by a landslide . The signs on the ground are there. HH and GBM for Zambia? It wont happen.

  31. Whether your comments are evil are not, 11 August 2016 will tell us the Republican President whether you like it or not. Save your breathe country. You will write all sorts of insults either on HH or ECL, ONE will be president. Its just two weeks!!!
Just wasting your time insulting ECL or HH, THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW YOU. Forget it, just vote on the 11th.

  32. 99% of people commenting are not in Zambia. My question is -are they going back home to vote?If not, then,we can not determine popularity of someone by using online comments.

  33. The problem with Edgar Lungu is that he does not associate himself with neighbours with positive ideas such as Dr John Pombe Magufuli of Tanzania. He instead associates himself with obstinate and dictatorial MU-Dynasties ie MU-seveni and MU-gabbe and now he thinks he is MU-Lungu. The Zambian people are now tired..Man, Just GO.
And ba Lusaka times, where is the coverage of the UPND rally in Chawana yesterday?????????????????
    HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM———Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!

  34. You lost the point Zambians, its not online media that votes, its you and your families. What determines someone to be a president is not vulgar language on online media, its THE VOTE. Comment ill on ECL or HH, final result is a President of the Republic of Zambia period.Where are you going to go if one of them you hate becomes a president. You become a FOREIGNER?????

  35. Its a well known facts that this time around we are voting the way they voted
imagine geting 0 votes from southern specifically in NEGA NEGA! sure guys u should be serious
Easterners be serious time time as Bembas we are killing HH believe u me

  36. Tulepuma imbwa HH no munankwe CHIMBWI M Thats he end of some 1’s political career.
awe mwandi patalala pali ba pushi

  37. I am fed-up with my colleagues who always mention about corruption in PF. If the President has stolen ZMW 23 million in one and half years he has been in the office, then we should also look at how much was stolen from privatization. Some Presidential contenders are allegedly the Billionaires in Zambia. How did then become rich? When did they amass this wealth? If they served as partners in some companies, are their fellow partners also rich? Other Running mates had more than 38 contracts in a short space of time and other colleagues felt it was too much, hence the riff started. Ask Winter Kamimba, he will tell you, though he also benefited in one way or the other.

    • @Dyonko,
In other words your argument is that back then You and other people had no clue who you were voting for, you voted for an incompetent government that never understood what privatization was, hence allowed HH to swindle them and amassed wealth. So Chiluba or Mwanawasa, RB, etc were stupid and HH was intelligent enough, right?
So don`t make the same mistake to vote for a clueless government and give chance to a smart person to make Zambia wealthy.
Secondly, it seems you are saying its okay to steal. if 18month = USD2.3m, how much will be in 5 years?

  38. As vulgar as the ZWD and its disciples are, so is their demi god- the man cant even afford a smile- he is a hot aired goon, arrogant, pompous, self centered, inadvisable fela, know it all character bent on becoming Zambia”s own dictator! Alas, he”s now panting a distant out from the touch line, his eyes growing like red coals and furious at his eminent loss, throwing tantrums at anyone and gnashing his teeth for the losses incured, his mind going beserk as he imagines how the people he is owing will harangue him for raising false hopes, oh and The Past news paper”ll not be able to cover his hefty fall, despite pouring in millions!Farewell Kalusa, for thy time has come to retire!

  39. We experimented with you who never led a party and see what you have done to Zambia. More poverty and violence and tribalism. Zambians will vote you out. don’t be fooled by the people you’re seeing who have been transported from as far as Kabwe, Lusaka and the Copperbelt etc

  40. One thing you are forgetting is that no one eats tribe. There are no shops for Easterners we all buy from the same shops. Poverty levels are very in the Country. Lungu will not change anything he will just get richer himself. The new Government will at least bring changes.

  41. The Child Lungu is holding in the picture is not happy… It seems this pic tells a story that there is a Sad day awaiting Lungu after Elections. He should consult R.B on how he felt when the Chief Justice went to announce that Sata has won.

  42. Once we had tried to experiment with privatization and the money went into someone’s pocket! Don’t try the country!!

  43. Mwemashilu all PF Cadres on the forum. You are Lucky I don’t have supernatural powers..I was going to visit each of you and teach you a lesson. You are the people giving Zambians a headache. A once peaceful nation turned violent because of you. Mashuka sana.

  44. Meaning of a watermelon is as follows:
    1. Saying wat you do not mean – batch of liars
    2. Perishables – only there for a while
    3. Unpredictable – some watermelons are rotten inside while looking good outside
which of the three, as I learnt it from my grand mother last week ,affects you. its an insult in my village if someone called you watermelon.

  45. THE EXPERIMENT WITH YOU WAS A MISTAKE SO WHAT ARE YOU TELLING US. ONLY FOOLS WILL CONTINUE WITH YOU AND THOSE LOOTING THE COFFERS WITH YOU, BUT THOSE WITH TWO EYES AND EARS CANNOT CONTINUE WITH PF.

  46. Stop insulting leaders…. we all know who is winning because zambian political landscape is easy to determine the winner!

  47. Lol i have never seen bitter human beings as upnd supporters. While you insult ECL is busy communicating with the the Zambian people. Reading from your comments I cant read anything that would make me vote otherwise. Most people that you are seeing at those rullies dont blog so what you are actually doing is just wasting your time. Most people on the blog have already made up their minds. God bless the first family and God bless Zambia.
