Information and Broadcasting Minister Chishimba Kambwili has laughed off reports that he has fallen out with President Edgar Lungu ahead of next month’s general election.
Social media reports are rife that there is a rift between Dr Kambwili and President Lungu after the Roan PF MP questioned President Lungu’s stance on some adoption of PF parliamentary candidates.
The reports claim that Dr Kambwili has now launched plans to set up an underground parallel PF Central Committee which we will use to take over the PF in an event that the party lost the general elections.
It is also reported that President Lungu has since written disciplinary letter to Dr Kambwili questioning over his plans.
“I just had a good chat with my boss and we laughed about the ghost writers signing fake disciplinary letters. He said “Kambwili have you seen my letter, I wrote it in my sleep”.
Posting on his Facebook page, Dr Kambwili said he has a good and healthy relationship with President Lungu.

Dr Kambwili accused the UPND of spreading falsehoods about his relationship with President Lungu.
“I have damaged UPND on the Copperbelt and I am not done yet, this one is for my president whom people are so desperate to cause confusion between us,” Dr Kambwili said.
“They are 23 other ministers and I am failing to understand why the opposition are targeting me. But bring it on I thrive off propaganda and lies because it gives me motivation to go harder.

I was live in chifubu today for the rally which was supposed to take off at 10hrs but changed due to poor attendance,around 11hrs buses ie D FIVE,RK Motorways were booked to fetch people from Ndola central,kabushi, luanshaya, kitwe and some came from Lusaka.It turned out to be a Ndola District rally and not chibufu rally. ECL is being fooled just like RB was fooled in 2011 looking at a big rally yet it is not a true reflection. HH had a better rally in chifubu no transported people.
