    • Those are hollow hoaxes conceptualized during deep sleep competition among Guy Scott, Depak Patel, Masebo, Nevers, GBV and all our domestic demagoues now helplessly hurting. Next national news item Please.

    • @Impartial: You mother fuc.ker! Who really cares about the 2 thieves, Chellah and Chanda except mo.rons like you!

    • Guys open your eyes. Never trust PF schemes.

If PF can change election results to suit their evil agenda, what can prevent them from amending the constitution clauses in the dead of the night to suit their interpretation so that their rigging can be endorsed.

For sure in the coming days the argument will shift from petition to correct copy of the constitution where PF will argue that the government has a correct copy unlike the UPND.

By now the constitution court and all acomplices have recieved the copy of the constitution amended in the middle of the night without all stake holders present.

Only a f00l will trust and believe PF statements.

    • @Mudiwa

Lungs DID NOT WIN 50% +1 in the first round.

ECZ and Chuulu have cooked the figures by subtracting over 85,000 votes!

Try finding out the FACTS and don’t just swallow all the PF lies and propaganda without thinking!

  1. My five year old son asked me a question that startled me. He asked, “Daddy do you know that this world is a TV”? So I asked him, “what do mean”? Then he said, “Yes it is a big TV, we are all being watched, everywhere”. I didn’t want to ask him who was watching for fear of who it might be.

  2. The matter is settled. Recently the Chief Legal Advisor of The Zambian Government was quoted:

ATTORNEY General Likando Kalaluka says the Constitution does not allow incumbent President Edgar Lungu to continue in office if his election is petitioned in court. Kalaluka, however, clarified that the Head of State is mandated to continue in office if there is no clear winner in the first round of voting.
    ++++++++++++++++++++

Any attempt by Lungu to stay in office is a defacto coup d’état. We are a democracy and we abide by the rule of law. There are institutions that are mandated to ensure the law is upheld. The first line is the Police with the reserve being the Armed Forces. It should reach that end. Lungu step aside and let the law take its course.

    • It should not reach that end where the Police let alone the Armed Forces step in to protect the Constitution. Lungu is a lawyer. He is sworn to respect the Constitution. No malabishi of refusing to follow the law a Lungu. Lungu step aside and let the law take its course. Law is law. And the Constitution is above even awisi tasila.

  3. WITH OR WITHOUT PETITION, PRESIDENT EDGAR LUNGU TO BE SWORN IN ON TUESDAY. Article 105 statesthat “The president elect shall be sworn in on a Tuesday seven days after being declared president elect … if there is no petition filed under ARTICLE 103. This is the only typeof petition which can prevent the Chief Justice from swearing in the president elect. The petition under Article 103 deals with the petition arising out of a SECOND BALLOT (RERUN) only. Now that president Lungu’s election is not being petitioned in the Second ballot but in the INITIAL BALLOT (FIRST ROUND), he will be sworn in as President on Tuesday.. The only petition which a FIRST ROUND president elect can be subjected to is the one provided for under Article 101. But this petition (under article 101) … is not…

  4. 85, 000 rejected votes wow! That should be a world record. There were more rejected votes than all the other opposition party votes put together. That is nearly the population of a small town.

  5. My name is ……

That gives you a clue on literacy levels in Zambia.

Have you come across some rich bueatiful ones at banks failing to operate an ATM machine, where instructions are very clear?

  6. Thank Mr. President for putting the country first. Kindly step aside and let the law take its course. Don’t go too deep into a messy with people that have nothing to lose. You have everything to lose if you choose not to respect the constitution. Go ahead as already indicated and give the instruments of power to the speaker and wait for the courts. That way you will be respected and people will still wish well even if you lost the petition. Many people under you may have committed serious crimes and therefore do not want you to the right thing but don’t get tempted to disobey the law. You will loose too much. That’s too big a cost for you and your entire family. Simple guide is what kind of Zambia do you want for your grand child whom I know you love so much? Even if it means losing…

  7. HH’s desperation for state house is now getting out of hand!!HH LOST,SO HE MUST NOW START PREPARING FOR HIS 6TH LOSS IN 2021 BECAUSE AM PRETTY SURE THAT THE CONCOURT WONT CALL FOR A RE-RUN RISKING OUR PEACE AND CAUSING A GREAT DAMAGE TO OUR SMALL ECONOMY BY CALLING FOR ANOTHER ELECTION WITHIN 30 DAYS JUST FOR THE SAKE OF DESPERATE HH-NEVER!!!

    • This case doesn’t call for a rerun. If it is proved that HH was robbed of victory. Lungu will have to step aside.

A rerun would have been necessary if neither candidate met the 50+ threshold.

  8. THERE IS A LOT OF JELOUSY AND PETTY CHILDISHNESS HERE. EVEN IF THE SPEAKER ACTS. IT WILL ONLY BE FOR A SHORT TIME. AND HH/UPND WILL BE BACK ON THE HOOK. ECL/PF ARE PATIENTLY WAITING FOR THE INAUGURATION ON TUESDAY OR EVEN LATER. ULUSE BA HH/UPND

  9. Because I have put the development of this country in his hands though you’re all blinded not knowing how I will bless this land through Hichilema and change the economy of this land through him completely to become the best!

Wake up! Wake up! Oh my people! Open your eyes! For its time for your salvation! Don’t reject what I have chosen and given you! Says the Lord! You my Holy servants in Zambia, stand with him, pray for him for I will make him not to forget you! He shall promote you and grow your churches for I have put my FEAR in him but he shall be rejected!” says God, “I love Zambia!”

  10. 6. ZAMBIA
WHAT i see for Zambia is confusion, confusion, confusion. Lets pray for his economy, her money. Let’s pray for her elections which will be bloody. Let the body of Christ be united and pray for the country against violence. There will be too much of it both before and after the elections..

God speaks to Zambia, “I love Zambia, therefore I chose myself a leader whom you rejected and you still want to reject him again but I will perform a miracle either through violence with organisations interventions or not but i will make it come to pass. If you want to fake my Word again, yes it will happen because of your evil but i will still finally make my Word come to pass.

  11. Yes Amos Chanda, we know.

Your Lungu could not have possibly have issued a statement.

Would the same person that has failed to hold press conferences and not even been able to attend a presidential debate suddenly start issuing statements?

    Of course not!

Just get back to the work you know best — issuing statements that you have not made statements. It suits your level of intelligence perfectly.
