PF Deputy Secretary General, Mumbi Phiri tells Hot FM News that the law will soon catch up with Mr. Hichilema and stated that the ruling party will not influence the law enforcers to take action.
And Mrs. Phiri says the insistence by the UPND leadership not to accept President Lungu as President does not have any value because the PF and President Lungu have already been accepted by Zambians and the international community at large.
The UPND leader has continued to claim that the PF stole the elections which saw President Edgar Lungu re-elected last August.
Meanwhile, Speaker of the National Assembly Patrick Matibini today sent out from the house Mazabuka Member of Parliament Garry Nkombo for dissent.
This was after the Speaker twice interrupted Mr Nkombo’s maiden speech after he had referred to the results of the August elections as fraudulent and that the people of Mazabuka believe that a government was stolen.
Dr Matibini advised Mr Nkombo that issue of the August elections is still in court, and that it is sub judice to refer to a matter on which a judicial decision is pending.
He noted that while there is litigation going in the courts of law, the declaration of the presidential election results by the ECZ remains undisturbed and that those are the results in as far as the debates in the house are concerned he will recognise.
Dr Matibini then asked Mr Nkombo to leave the house after the Mazabuka MP told the Speaker that he was not performing his task to protect him from those disturbing him while delivering his speech.

The Speaker of Parliament Dr Matibini says talking about the UPND Petetion is subjudice becoz the Petetion is in Court. The Petetion is challenging the re-election of Lungu as President and yet Mumbi Phiri is saying HH & GBM should recognise Lungu as President or else they will be arrested by the Police. How can the Petetioners recognise Lungu when they are contesting his re-election? Mumbi Phiri should just keep quiet and enjoy the fruits of electoral theft and fraud. Without the Petetion Hearing ,Lungu will remain illegitimate and will not be recognised by the International Community. Universities my foot! The new University in Chinsali cannot even stand on its own due to lack of funding. Rooms at universities which are supposed to accommodate two students accommodate 5 or 6. Even the MMD built all this infrastructure but used to balance development in the sense that they did not place too much emphasis on capital projects and made sure that people did not go to bed on empty stomachs.
