PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya says people in the Country do not therefore have anything to worry about over the creation of more new Ministries in government.
Mr. Bwalya says what President Edgar Lungu is doing by pushing for the creation of four more Ministries is giving away a lot and getting less at the end.
In an interview with QTV News Mr. Bwalya notes that this is clearly demonstrated by the fact President Lungu only wants four Ministries created after signing amendments to the republican constitution which has removed the office of Deputy Minister.
Mr. Bwalya notes that this means that President Lungu has already given away more to rightfully seek the creation of few more Ministries
He states that people in the Country should in this case not complain.
Asked whether the ruling PF thinks that the current status of the Zambian economy can sustain the running of four more Ministries, Mr. Bwalya has responded by saying yes it can.
He says this is especially in the absence of Deputy Ministers.
Why has govt failed to pay local debt for services rendered over one year ago. Why the delayed salaries every month for civil servants. Why go to the Imf.

The deputy spokes person denies that PF is broke and his senior Kambwili goes on radio to say PF is broke and the increase in fuel can not be avoided. He further insults those not happy to urinate in their fuel tanks.

And this is the problem: Frank Bwalya must realise that he is deputy spokesperson for PF party, not for the Govt. period!!!
Bwalya is not a govt official to be commenting on such serious issues. That’s usurping Mr Kambwili’s or Mutati’s role. Bwalya is offside on this.
In wat capacity is he issuing that statement he is not in government wasted energy

Denial is just a defence mechanism. The truth is Zambia is very broke, that is why we are in huge debt, even at individual level.
Why have major projects stalled? Many businesses are either in coma or gasping pending death.
Let Mutati and Mwanakatwe speak on matters of such importance. This man needs to calm down.

On the creation of new ministries, I will not support the idea. In the United States, they use secretaries for ministers and departments for ministries. Large as it is, the USA only has about 14 to 16 secretaries and departments. Let the president emulate and find out how the country with over 300 million people and 50 states manage the key areas of development. It is not the deputy ministers who would offload work in a ministry, but the technocrats of that ministry, if they are competent will!
