  1. Typical of Zambians, just building any how is the order of the day. How many times ve we seen this. Next we will hear that they shld b compensated. Today in Lusaka were seeing tarvens being built rite in between houses. Today u r living among houses, tomoro yo neighbouring plot is a tarven. How? There is lawlessness. There is no town planning regulations were different land uses r separated. Guest house (or shld we call them brothels) r unregulated & mushroom anywhere.
