    • Are you repeating pictures again tomorrow? What’s so special about this visit, same pictures every morning?

    • I like and dislike this guy at the same time. like him for what hes managed to do for his country economically and dislike him for the human right abuses. should I smile or cry?

    • Great diplomatic milestone between the 2 sister nations. My only disagreement is the mutually executed extration treaty. It is dangerous and damaging to our history of melting pot for victims of persecution. It fuels a sense of insecurity.

    • The signed “extradition treaty”is only meant to nab all Hutus that left Rwanda for a sanctuary in Zambia. These people have been here for many years peacefully settled with families and businesses. Why surrender them to General Kagame for definite death sentence? I know President Lungu has a big heart for all humanity and would not betray these fellow human beings. We can learn from the USA that absorbed humanity from every part of Mother Earth. World over, Immigrants are the most intuitive and hardworking people. They add value and market to our Zambian economy. Don’t destabilize them.

  1. Surely these are men of wisdom indeed! God knows who to place in power and it’s actually God who chooses leaders but He uses men and women. The earlier man will realize this fact the better.

  2. Really? Men of wisdom? God has nothing to do with choosing leaders. This kind of thinking is so meek. That is why you end up worshiping and perpetuating dictators who even go on to systematically kill their own people.

  3. Lungu’s days are numbered in State House,At least Kagame will be remembered for transforming Rwanda while Lungu’s legacy is of more filthy in Lusaka and killings of innocent Zambians and imprisonment of a vibrant opposition leader, God has nothing to do with Lungu and Lungu will face judgment by God.

  4. This man has been in power for 23 years and adding 7 years to that..very shameful..we have 5 Presidents in that period.

    • Jay Jay, I do NOT CARE to have Paul Kagame for the next 23 years, as long as he continues to bring development.

  5. Paul Kagame has led the delegitimization of Rwanda’s constitution by changing it and overstaying…it means he’s more important than the country and he’s more important than the laws – that’s a dangerous game.

  6. Choose one thing “HUMAN RIGHTS OR DEVELOPMENT“and not both as far as I know these two things hardly walk side by side. Lets be clear on this ladies and Gentlemen.
