    • That’s the Zambian character, trying by all means to speak good English with correct pronunciation and yet they can’t pronounce their own local words correctly. I mean words like Kubulonga, Kabundi (a small animal that lives in a tree) , Kitwe instaed of Kitwi kya nsofu, (ie. elephant’s ear), Nchanga instead of Changa (a small animal that lives in a tree), Buchi (means honey)…We should emulate Black South Africans who are proud of their languages.

    • Musonda J,
Don’t assume all Zambians are Bembas. We are proud of our languages. What abot you Bembas who are trying to impose your language on all Zambians?

  1. Zambia is 3times the size of Ghana and yet when it comes to the economy Ghana has a GDP twice the size of Zambia’s.

What’s wrong with us in Zambia?

    • Ghana is older than Zambia and was once called the Gold coast. Nothing is wrong with Zambia apart form chaps wanting to change government just when progress is being made.

  2. Ghana has Gold and Cocoa more valuable than Copper… Nothing wrong with us but we need to invest in human capital development. Might be our only solution. Israel has no diamonds but best diamond polishers, Switzerland has no cocoa but best chocolate in the world… Botswana is lucky.. they have diamonds, cattle, no conflict and a small population… Ndaunka

  3. These genuinely elected Presidents are lowering their status by giving dignity to the impostors and by associating with the hijackers.

  4. Human resources contribute to GDP , in this case it’s 15 million people vs 28 million.
I would rather be in Zambia.
