  1. Actually they should just stay home and engage in productive work that will put food on their tables. In as much as i think this case has high emotions attached to it

    • They dont matter

He is carrying a Treason case on his ahead and no outside influence and sympathy will influence it

I am not woman to judge a man who is yet to be prosecuted but from my analysis of this case, I wear upon everything I expect a guilty verdict when all is said and done.

Anything else, the country will RIOT

      Thanks

    • The court said the attendance is by invitation. Why are you causing confusion by inviting cadres to the court.

    • PEACE AND ORDER IS WHAT LACKS WHEN IT COMES TO UPND
      =======================================
We wonder if your members will heed your call.

    • Umm ichisungu chaba Prof Mushota is somehow fimo-fimo. Leaves much to be desired. More on the deep end of dimwits.

    • this lunatic will not regret his mistakes if they let go of him without apologizing to the president mark my words.

  2. Kakoma is indirectly calling UPND cadres to go in numbers and cause havoc. police should be on look out for perpetrators, these people know no peace.

    • KAKOMA IS AT THE SAME TIME SAYING UPND CADRES ARE TROUBLE MAKERS APART FROM URGING THEM (UPND) TO TURN UP IN NUMBERS. SECURITY FORCES MUST BE AWARE OF THIS.

  3. If the state fails to prosecute HH then the state prosecutors Must resign and stop eating the money of the state.

This case is simple and straight forward. HH should be jailed and nothing else.

Tears of bashimayeni should be vindicated through this case too.

In fact, this case was supposed to be broadcasted live on Zambia/Chinese, two national broadcasting force.

    • They can not broadcast the case for fear of embarrassment.. ….like the ridicule they suffered in the first appearance when the arresting officer was caught in a web of lies….

  4. Zambian judicial system should start broadcasting cases of Public Interest. The world is modernised and we can’t living and doing things like in stone age. There are many cases of public interest like the IG Vs Tayali, Mwanakatwe vs Scot etc…..#nolleprosequi

  5. UPND cadres must just stay away to avoid confusion at the court premises. They should also remember that with threatened immegence in place once they cause problems and get arrested they will be detained for a longer period.

    • @Beira, I get what you are saying but you cannot win a revolution with that attitude! Things have gotten so bad in Zambia that accepting such unconstitutional commands will simply elevate the wrong to a right status. Why should people not be there to see their party leader? Why should the judiciary curtail the rights of citizens to assemble and participate in free speech? If we give in now, I can assure you that the PF will escalate the wrong commands until you are all confined to your homes in a permanent state of emergency! This is a time for civil disobedience!

  6. Jokingly, where in the world do you hear cases based on invitation! Ba Zambian judiciary is a let down. I am now beginning to belief why some citizens are calling on the chief justice to resign! Sure, she can’t give guidelines. Oh, the minister of justice is also quite. If the law association of zambia voices out, mushota and others will term them as opposition ; now is it normal?

  7. The treason case will be heard without undue influence of external characters.
    Treason is punishable by death.
    Good luck Kaponya (HH)

    • @Kudos, you were definitely dropped on your head as a child! Unfortunately, it affected not only your looks, as shown in your ugly photo, but also your spirit. Can you please explain why you have so much hatred in your black heart for a person you hardly know? May God curse you with the curses that you are directing at others!

  8. The court is not a place where citizens are invited, constitutionally a person or citizens are free to attend court sessions without anyone barring them because it is a right not a privilege. Can the learned lawyers please assist. Sooner or later, we will be attending local courts by invitation.

  9. Kudos, cool down! H.H did not commit any case as the court has not found him guilty. He was just a passenger in one of the sixty motor vehicles on that fateful day. The saddest will always wish others Hell when his turn comes, he cry fowl. Kudos! Your time is coming soon.

    • it was very chilldish of (HH) to endanger the Presidents life his own and that of Zambians. any way he’s Under 5 he deserves all the suffering he’s received. He should be found guilty. we are enjoying peace in Zambia for the first time since August 2016.

  10. Charles Kakoma is merely inviting upnd cadres to court tomorrow.but the Judiciary made it very clear that no cadres will be allowed anywhere near supreme court.in fact, upnd cadres should simply stay away because if they try to dare the Police, many of them will be locked up.
HH has received enough punishment,so even tomorrow,he maybe freed so bantustan cadres must not worry anymore!!
Plus whether HH is freed or not, life for all upnd cadres will remain the same,so why get bothered?bo Kakoma please dont risk innocent people’s lives over HH.believe you me,if upnd cadres misbehave tomorrow at court,ZP shall cage them all!!SO THE BEST UPND CADRES CAN DO IS TO STAY AWAY AND GO ABOUT WITH THEIR DAILY LIVES!!

    • Njimbu, HH has risked his life for the people, why shouldn’t they show him the same commitment? You are looking at the problem the wrong way. The police and PF cadres must stay away and go about their daily lives without disturbing the court process or the UPND supporters. It’s a right for people to assemble and engage in free speech. What is happening in Zambia is NOT NORMAL!

  11. Who is Charles Kafunda to stop us attending an Open Court for the Trial of our dear HH? We are going there in big numbers to support our Leader and shame Dictator and Sadist Lungu and his Criminal Advisers. We want to welcome our Leader to Freedom after being persecuted for 120 days in Jail. Nothing will stop us.We are on our Way to the High Court. Come Rain come shine!!

  12. go and attend so that you meet with the overzealous lilayi recruits atleast they shambock hard in your asses ba swaini

  13. There is no case just a waste of time resources we do not have as country. Settling personal political scores at the expense of the nation. What a circus! Invitation to attend a public trial is a sham. Fact of the matter is that the case against HH like him or hate him is non existent in law. Get a book and read for once instead of exhibiting hate with thinking!

  15. Just stay at home. Your presence will not influence the outcome of the case. You could just get injured or arrested when you could have been doing something profitable.
