  1. Is this man a meteorologist now? He promises too much. We are still waiting for the white elephant called zambia airways.

    • Uko!
      Just imagine Juliet Perth?
Please people, since when did engineer Mushimba the transport minister become a meteorologist of forecasts? Visionless PF bandits with their chipantepante spokesman ship at the helm of unknown talks.
Yes planting trees is good Mr Engineer but your assumptions about the whether pattern of not raining in North East of Isoka or Lundazi etc lacks credence to realist professionalism.
Anyway so when will load shedding ever end when kariba dam recorded over 90% held rainfall PF bandits of visionless Lungu illegally in power?

  2. TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATIONS FORECASTING RAINFALL PATTERN ! THIS IS DANGEROUS AS FARMERS RELY ON PREDICTIONS SO THAT THEY CAN START PLANTING CROPS. LEAVE THESE COMMENTS TO THE
    METEOROLOGICAL DEPARTMENT !

    • Meteorological department is in the Ministry of Transport and communications. So, what is wrong with the Minister saying something from one of his Departments?

  3. Read and learn something…… This is in his portfolio as transport and communications minister. The ministry is in charge of meteorology in the country and he us required to forecast rainfall every year. Give the man a break!

  4. I have been reading a lot of articles and comments on this blog. Some are funny, some educative, some are not near any of the two. What I have come to understand is that many bloggers are proper empty tins with shallow way of critically analyse issues. When it is political article hell breaks lose; when it is an international article talking of real issues commenters are few to none. worse if it a proper professional article you are luck to read more than five comments. Social media is an opportunity to learn a lot of new things positively if one is serious. This article has brought out to things ignorance and knowledge. Some bloggers have just confirmed that they know nothing about how government let alone minister’s roles. The Minister is a chief spokesperson of the ministry. He/she…

  5. Cont’d
The case of Hon. Lubinda is the profound in this instance. he is in one of the most tricky minister but he makes ministerial pronouncements fully mentored by his staff/PS. That is what Mushimba did and does.
Munshimba has not committed any crime. The only wrong he has done is to expose your ignorance without your permission.

  6. Mushimba please let the professionals in your met. department do their job.Weather forecasting is not your job.Otherwise the next thing you will chair the ministerial tender committee to procure US42m met equipment.
