Zambia have arrived in Morocco ahead of this weekend’s kick off of the 2018 CHAN tournament.
Wedson Nyirenda and his 23-member team landed in Casablanca from Dubai at 12h10 local time after departing UAE at 08h00 on the same day.
The team had 24 hours earlier flown from Johannesburg on Wednesday night and transited through Dubai to Morocco.
Zambia have now taken a two-hour road trip from Casablanca to Marrakech where they will play two of their three Group B matches.
Zambia will face Uganda in their opening game there on January 14 and later play Cote d’Ivoire at the same venue on January 18.
Chipolopolo will wrap-up its Group B fixtures in Casablanca on January 22 against Namibia.
