    • The most incompetent President in the Zambian history. This guy is a joke wasting tax payers money. The entire cabinet just to unveil a plaque. African leadership at its best…plaques all over the country with his name on it..useless President

    • Yaba … kuti waseka!!! Ati uselessness President!!! The unveiling of plaques shows development and its symbolic of advancement. At this rate ECL is on target to rival KK for the most development projects initiated under his tenure.

ECL is living his dream and doing a heck of a job for the smart people of the Zambian Enterprise while other dreamers are going through their mid-life crisis.

Yes, there’s a serious crisis in Zambia … it’s called mid-life crisis of all hopefuls that are not living their own dreams. Some thought by living abroad they would self-actualize but they didn’t.

Some thought by joining opposition politics they would soon take over, they didn’t … all these things with a combination of other factors have led to their own mid-life crisis and they now think…

    • One wonders why he has ministers, He is everywhere, even at digging of a toilet in misisi he will be there. I am also planning to build a chicken run, oops now that he knows my plan EL will show up.

  1. THANK U MICHAEL FOR your FORESIGHT.
OUR COUNTRY HAS BECOME A BIG WORKSHOP AS FAR AF AS INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GOES we ARE second only to BOTSWANA.

    MYSRIP

    • Shut up!Don’t compare the chikulekule you have in that corrupt filled Zambia of yours to Botswana.Every project is planned and fully funded by the government. If the government finds that they won’t meet the expenses, they defer the project but pa Zed you approach the Chinese mafia to fund it.
Ba Mumba jr, If infrastructural dvelopment does not translate into improvement in the standard of life for the majority of Zambians, then it is of no use and so it becomes a curse.

lmfao!. what has singing got to do with being a solder? so whoever sings the loudest gets promoted…soon will have officers who are clueless in the actual military training.
    lungu is so dumb!

    • @mukolwe:
      — What does being a COOK got to do with being a good soldier?
–What does MUSIC/MILITARY BAND got to do with being a soldier?
—What does being a DOCTOR/NURSE got to do with being a soldier?
—What does being a CHAPLAIN got to do with being a good soldier?
—What does being a SPORTS WO/MAN (soccer player, e.g. Katongo, or running track) got to do with being a good soldier?

In short, what in hell does having a talent or a specialty in the military got to do with being a good soldier? Is that what you are really asking? THE ANSWER IS, IT DOESN’T! Because the two are separate and issues. And a soldier can get rewarded with a promotion by excelling in their specialty or at the battlefield. Good example, CHRISTOPHER KATONGO….Surgent to Warrant Officer, after…

I hope you don’t think that being a good soldier only means being good at PELETE/DRILL and at the rifle range.

      Dude, you are lost!

  3. Luapula is that a joke, check the newly built hospitals in Nigeria and Ghana you will see that ours are a joke. We need more hospitals right now instead of just mere expansion our population is expected to growth exponentially within the next five years.
