President EDGAR LUNGU says he is determined to work with traditional leaders who focus on developmental issues in the country.
Speaking when he met 5 traditional leaders in Ikeleng’e district, in North Western Province, President LUNGU said he is happy that the traditional leaders are working with government to promote development in their chiefdoms.
He has further assured them that government will expedite construction of roads to open up most remote places in North Western province.
President LUNGU said government is finalizing the financing of the Solwezi -Jimbe road which will bring economic development to the province.
And speaking on behalf of the traditional leaders, Chief KANOGESHA of the LUNDA people said traditional leaders are happy with President LUNGU’s hard work and determination to develop the country.
Among the chiefs that present were: Chief NYAKASEYA, chief IKELENG’E , chief NYAMWANA, and chief MWINIMILAMBA.
