  1. You can’t even, control foreigners shooting your children like wild game.
FIRST FREE YOURSELVES OF THE KALOBA AROUND YOUR NECKS.
How on earth are you gonna advise or convince some nation, when you owe so much, & are even BEGGING for repayment delays.
Come on!! Stop being Jokers, unfortunately under your P.F, there’s NO LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL.

    • UNSC is for the big boys. When there is trouble in the world, which nations mobilize resources to deal with the problem? Africans should concentrate on building their nations from the ground up and not from the top to the bottom as is the case now. Big cars and big houses for the officials, medical evacuation to expensive hospitals abroad for the officials etc. Train good teachers and doctors, educate your people well and in large numbers, run government well, spend every cent properly and the dollars will look after themselves. Then you can be taken seriously. Nigeria can’t deal with Boko Haram without help and you want them to be on the UNSC?

    • What exactly will Africa do when granted that seat ?

We have way bigger problems to sort out in Africa, please stay focused.

This old hen has had its day, do not embarass us further please.

    • YOu are the same people that denied those descendant of former slaves that were sold/stolen from africa when they tried to come back home to africa. Haiti cried to join the africa union but you refused them. you are cursed africans. takwaba abantu who can just keep quiet over the millions of africans that were stolen and killed in the slave trade. you cant even as a continent speak on their behalf.
LEt your white masters keep denying those seats. you are cursed and i curse you more

    • Zagaze: Good point you have made. In America, shooting blacks is tolerated. Any member of the KKK who wishes like shooting a few blacks can sign to join the police and they can do it just as it was during slavery days. The AU has not spoken out and yet Afro-Americans were extremely vocal in defence of the ANC during apartheid days. Why are Afro-Americans walking alone? Where is the AU? Look at east coast of Africa from Kenya to South Africa. All those nations have navies but they failed to control pirates from Somalia,
      a failed state.

  2. The security council was set up to help prevent Great Power wars, that’s why they each have Vito power. Africa doesn’t need to be there. The call is irrelevant.

    • To be on the UNSC you need a military-industrial complex and a sound economy to help you project power around the world. Look at current membership. They all export military weapons. It’s not a joke because you need a powerful military to be the fist in your glove. In simple language, when diplomacy fails, what do you do?

    • You could be right but check this: Security council yields so much power being in there is surely beneficial. Iran economic sanctions arise from security council decisions

  3. Start with removing all luxury vehicles from govt officials, remove all abnormal allowances, improve the prison conditions which are the same as concentration camps, provide for your people’s welfare with a heart that cares and not only when there are elections. Remove the oligopy of Indian, Greek and Lebanese business crooks who are milking African nations dry by the day! When you do this then you can ask for a seat on the UN security council until then it’s a case of a toddler that can’t even wipe his a.r.s.e making rules in his parents house and commanding his parents on what to do! Let’s be serious with life bane!

  4. Africa after 50 years has failed to industrialise. Go around, drive around the situation on the ground is pathetic any one who fails to see this is a mad animal and a cretin! You have failed to industrialise and yet you want to be on the security council? They say charity begins at home!

  5. I stand with Vice President Inonge Wina. Those that think otherwise continue not dreaming big. Even China was broke once.

  6. We should make our own Organisation rooted on African principles, to resolve African problems with African solutions,, Why should we desire to join outdated Organisations which are founded on principles which are not favourable to us Africans? We can do better by ourselves

  7. Zambia and Libya shouldn’t be on this C10 grouping because Libya is in a civil war while Zambia has no balls. We have seen Zambia flee from a UN vote because it is scared of Trump’s threats of no aid if u don’t support him. Zambia has inexplicably reneged from its pro-Western Sahara stance after Lungu was bribed by the Moroccan king. Zambia has abandoned long time all PLO because Lungu was bribed by Israel, Lungu was bribed by King Mswati so that he could give Nyati fake tenders etc. Zambia should be disqualified until we have a new president, PF or no PF

    • Kapompa Saladi, most sensible comment here.
Zambia under P.F have ZERO MORALS /ETHICS.
Like a Prostitute they abandon what’s right to the highest bidder.
I had forgotten how these cowards run away from the UN vote because of Sick Donald Trumps threats.
All P.F are good at is “Kuba, Kudya, na K.uny@” -(K.K.K).

  8. Africa does not deserve to be on the Security council; Africa has failed her people and Lungu and PF have failed to provide security to all Zambian and auntie Inoge has failed to voice up for the oppressed Zambians by their PF cadres; she is wasting money being there; even a minister is recognised there than her;

  9. Mama Wina only Mugabe and Gaddafi had the stamina to talk about UN issues. Mwebashala you are puppets who only go to UN to read hollow and empty speeches and drink water. We have heard those stories before and it is not possible that a permanent seat would ever be given to shihole countries.

  10. Firstly, make the AU effective in promoting peace in Africa, that way that one voice you’re talking about will start to matter. ECOMOG is more effective than AU.
Also how many African countries contribute to the UN? You see let’s be honest with ourselves. You let your fellow African heads of states get away with so much, and you want a permanent sit on the UN security council?
Let’s first be effective in our backyard, then we can cry for that sit.
