  2. The campaign for value addition in the field of journalism has retrogressed. DeadNBC has become worse. Freedom of the press is being more controlled by Dora and Amos. The Times is dead, Daily Mail is controlled by government The government owns 99 percent of mass media and makes sure only its Chinese style views are disseminated. PiLATO s songs can’t be played on state radio. Zambia has no public broadcaster. The media are not respected as the pillar of democracy. Where is value addition in this industry?

  3. So tell us Bwana Lungu when is this value added exports gonna overtake Zambia’s copper exports? That’ll be the real test of “campaign is bearing fruits”

  5. you just keep touring here and there….looks like you just want to keep travelling for no reasons…rather spend that time brain storming with your ministry on how to develop the country…its on serious down trend and you are the reason…attract investors not chase them away

  6. Lungu loves flying, buying this jet is just to satisfy his desires. Once the jet comes then know that leadership will come from the skys n you’ll be stuck with bo Inonge

  7. Brian storming, u first need a brain to Brian storm some thing in short supply for this human specimen, the tax on exports r very high making Zambian exports non competitive on the market all this just to raise money to pay back Chinese loans, this pompwe needs to go,that’s the solution he has just failed

  8. This refugee doesn’t understand our country at all.
Did he mention one specific value addition activity which was demonstrated at the expo? Any meaningful factory which is soon opening to benefit Zambians?

  9. But you UPND dogs are disgusting .We are having an expo for Central Province and you choose to insult the President. That’s why you will never rule you pathetic tribalists continue displaying your hatred.

  10. This guy must look for new speech writers and advisers at the barest minimum. This aesthetic is pathetic to say the least. You cannot be saying things like you have just liberated yourselves from the colonialists. We are 50-plus-effing-years old as a nation. Ifyabupuba lyonse!

  11. I think value additionn worked more when KK was in power, since we had zamefa in lwanshya and KL in mufulira for explosives we had ndola copper refinery in ndola , we had Dunlop in ndola again these and more others disappeared when HH and IMF privatised our companies at a song , who will forgive these two monsters

    • HH was hired by the government of the day to handle the privatisation process and was paid fees to implement what was a government decision in pure consultant and client relationship.

  12. Chende ende chakolwa should look at Zambia first policy to promote locals to participate in nation building and create jobs at home and grow the economy.

  13. The greatest value addition benefit will be on thingz like copper ,cobalt, mukula, emeralds and other minerals.
Agriculture of cause it will but not to the extent of these. Commodities.

  14. I hear people do s3x changes via operations, thats rather useless, I think jona needs a brain change operation he has screwed up thingz big time value addition in terms of ukugaya amataba to mealie meal thats too obvious.
A slaggard indeed for a president.

  15. Value addition is the most misinterpreted notion in the PF. With PF value addition means buying a fire tender worth $250,000 at $1,000,000

  16. The Campaign for Value Addition in Zambia is bearing fruits -President Lungu

You have ditched Value added Tax and replaced it with a failed tax system which will produce exactly the opposite result. Pot head.
