    • Could there be a sealing on the toll fees. I would imagine how much this will cost me traveling from Chingola to Lusaka. 8 toll gates K160. Plus another K160 return. Phew!!!

Indeed, let’s develop this thing. Greet the amazing people of that wonderful province. Kindly and quickly run through your campaign tapes and fulfil those promises. When all’s said and done, 2021will be as easy as laying on the bed provided one does not have any ailment.

  1. To commission a toll plaza? Be serious, you will block all the traffic in Lusaka and Ndola, line up the vice president and ministers at both airports twice on sunday and monday, burn up aircraft fuel. PS Nundwe, can’t you include this in another more productive trip. Or is there a much more important reason for the visit, like pacifying the warring party officials during their intra party election

    • @upnd cadre

You have a big point there. Not my intention to take away anything nevertheless, it is a weekend, let him have fun. Plus I am sure he is not only there to open the money sucking construct. I love it when he is trip working visit locally than when he is a busy body in mid Air to wherever internationally.

  2. Lungu’s oft repeated “two day working visits” have become disguised campaign tours at taxpayers expense.

  3. At least campaigning is far better than practicing trib.al politics everyday since 2006……kikikikiki.. …..and…..no convention since then…is trib.al Hacks still a legitimate leader or did he change the party constitution to make it a personal property? You never know!!

    • Such an insult to a man who won elections based on the promise of less taxes, you go and name a tax machine Michael chilufya sata.

  4. What a waste of resources. What he knows best to do is to trot around so as to make money through allowances. Honestly he can’t hold a press conference and address the Nation? What a president

  5. There goes Mr. Clueless, wasting tax payer’s money. When are presidential elections? We need to stop the bleeding of Zambia’s future. Lungu represents Zambia’s squandered years. Very painful to watch the country go down, down and down.

  6. “…..to commission the Michael Chilufya Sata Toll Plaza, among other engagements”

What other engagements Mr Lazy? Beer drinking

    • Lazy bum illiterate tribal Mapatizya Formula hooligan bully son of a tribal polygamist who never taught him toilet training pooping in public HAGAIN and needing a diaper change. I am tired of changing the boy. I will ask MUTINTA HICHILEMA to help me change the diapers please. CHARMAINE can also help me. Is she home? The PRIVATIZATION THIEF AND MONEY LAUNDERER is UNELECTABLE because he is a leader of TRIBALISM.

  7. Yes Sharon. I’m happy you have continued posting.
We are very happy with our party. It is doing very well. The economy is performing very well. For the first time people are affording most of what they want.

    • Thank you just help me by reaching out to UNDER FIVE to bring back the money from PANAMA! They economy will be even better if he brings back that stolen money. Also, remind him that if he dies, that money will die also in PANAMA and we don’t want that to happen.

    • The economy doing well! Unless one is living planet Mass. If such was true, funds wud be available to pay retirees. NHA employees, civil servants retirees, on last night ex Zesco employees in retirement not paid for over 10 years. “The economy is doing well”, be realistic compatriots

  8. And Road fund agency has just announced that the new toll gate on Kitwe-Chingola will be named Edgar Chagwa Lungu toll plaza! Looks like power has got to these guys too early, I mean the man has only been in office barely two years for us to judge his performance and recognise his achievements by naming things after him. What culture is this which PF has brought into Zambia? They are only beaten by trib.al upnd in creative stupiodity.

  9. This Sharon dog just makes noise and she’s clueless like her leadership in PFOOLS. Lungu is the useless and animal living off poor hard working man and women of the nation. He need to be cut loose from office

  10. So uyu HH if he opposes and doesnt even understand development, why is he cheating himself about? Because all developmental undertakings by President Lungu and PF, to him its a wrong and waste of time. Can someone useful takeup the gap in the opposition? UPND died with its owner Mazoka, and what we hear about it is just a dry skeleton.

  11. I have noticed with dismay how the African presidential encourage is so large as compared to developed countries. E.g number of vehicles and personnel escorting presidents. This I say takes a toll on government coffers. Although the Tanzanian president has brought in a new era of doing business. Well done President Magufuri

  12. Commission a comp!eyed project. Wow! The Town Mayors can do this simple task.
Do we need our president to undertake this task?.
I think there more important issues the Zambian presidents regardless of who is in state house should attend to. Policy, International bilateral engagements, national events such independence day just to mention but a few.

  13. I do not see to what extent inland toll gates are developmental for the people of Zambia. Toll gates should have been at borders to tax foreign nationals especially trucks that contribute to the wear of roads.
Zambians contribute to the maintenance of roads from every purchase of a litre of fuel at 5%.
Development is such as that which benefits a large number of citizens.
My take is government should have larger share in the mining house. We will cry one day when these minerals are gone and will have not inventors

  14. Ba upnd you are very good at finding faults and not at finding solutions. Whether President Lunch had visited Copperbelt to open the tolling plaza or not, you would still have something to complain about.

You aspire to be in leadership at national level but you have never allowed yourself to give advice on any national challenge blowing in our country. How are lurying the would be voters if they can see that you have solutions?

Sit down and get organized and stop making cow sound noise here.

  15. Toll gates everywhere – for what? Stealing or failure to collect taxes from more productive ventures? You don’t just wake up and place a Toll gate where ever you feel. There has to be reasonable cause. We have more Toll gates than the UK which has many more highways, cars and population.

Then you have an ‘entire’ President wasting resources as usual to ‘commission’ the same. Never sitting down to address more pressing issues and be accountable by answering questions.
