Zambia’s opening 2018 COSAFA U20 Cup Group A match against DR Congo that was set for Sunday at Nkana Stadium in Kitwe has been rescheduled .
This is due to a delay in DR Congo’s departure plans from Lubumbashi by road who are now only due to cross the border on December 3 for the tournament that will be hosted on the Copperbelt from December 2-14.
Zambia will instead face Malawi on December 2 at the same venue.
The hosts match against DR Congo will instead be played on December 6 at Nkana.
Group A fourth team is Mozambique who will face DR Congo in both sides opening Group A match on December 5 at Shinde Stadium in Mufulira.
It’s better for Zambia to avoid losing first match.
