Football Association of Zambia-FAZ Vice President Rix Mweemba has confirmed that the Lusaka water and Sewerage Company disconnection water supply to Football House last weekend.
Mweemba said the water utility company cut the supply to Football House because FAZ had not paid the water bill for a long time.
He said the water bill had accumulated over the years but stated that FAZ has now paid some money to the Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company towards settling what it owes.
He said water supply has since been restored at Football House.
Meanwhile, Mweemba has confirmed that the 2019 MTN/FAZ Super League which was scheduled to kick off on the January 6, has been moved to the 26 day of the same month.
However, he said the date for the 2018 MTN/FAZ Super League awards remains January 4, 2019.

Mweemba says the bill accumulated over the years. The intention of this statement is to make people start thinking that Kalusha Bwalya’s administration is part of the bill. LWSC sends bills to customers, companies or individuals every month including to e-mail boxes to those who submitted e-mail addresses when the Company requested customers to submit e-mail addresses. Football and cash managers there have got not even an iota of money management skills. The basic iota is the list of cash credit and debts. They have been at Football House for over three years using the water and receiving bills for it. If LWSC had not taken this action, Kamanga would have left Football House without paying.

Whoever is in charge of paying water bills at football house must be fired if he did not do his job and pay the bills. He was getting a salary for doing nothing.
Kalu was genius but abena Zambia ati alayiumfwa. Look at what you settled for. If it aint broke, dont fix it. The Kamanga experiment is definately broken.
KALU was a man, he managed to handle Faz .No belifs visted Faz and yet he equaly found debts which he managed.
