  1. Never in my life have l seen such idiocincracies! Instead of giving such huge sums of money to our youth to engage in activities like “rubbish collections” in the city, this guy Lungu is still PENTECOSTALING?

  2. Where does the empowerment money come from? Is it from the government budget? If so, is it budgeted for? Is it my tax payment whose use I don’t agree with? If not from government is the President so rich? If not, is it from well wishers? If so is it accounted fwhator and favours do they get in return? When you are President these things have to be transparent otherwise they are viewed with suspicion and when he retires, a President may never enjoy a life of peace and dignity. I don’t wish that for our President, the episode of late President Chiluba was bad enough so let things be transparent.

  3. And the churches and other recipients of the so called empowerment funds, do they account for the money? I remember a few years ago when youths were empowered with buses, can we do an audit of what has been achieved? Are the lives of the youth improved now? Can you show an example on TV? Is there a bus still standing today, let alone running? And the marketeers any improvements or they have eaten the money? Or have they paid back?? I am pretty sure an audit would reveal great shame.

  4. The question is where is the source of the income? What type of leaders do we have ? Everyone is compromised in Zambia, That’s a large some of money and can build a life serving clinic in rural Zambia, only to be given to wolfs in churches.

  5. Never give up Mr President. Continue doing what your heart tells you to do .They will appreciate when you are no longer the in that seat, then they will compare and contrast.

  6. I pray for a day when institutions start questioning the source of these donation s especially churches. What if this is stolen money,we all know that receiving property suspected to hav e been stolen is an offence. The day we have a real inquiry into PF theft dont be suprised to see some of these greedy pastors and bishops escorting political leaders to court.
