A 25-year-old Turkish National has been crushed to death by a concrete mixer in Kabwe District of Central Province.
ZANIS reports that Central Province Commissioner of Police, Chola Katanga, has confirmed the development in Kabwe , today.
Mr. Katanga identified the deceased as male, Altan Karaagac, an employee of Ream Investment, a Kabwe based brick making company.
The incident happened yesterday around 12: 30 hours when the deceased whilst on duty slipped off into the running concrete mixer which instantly crushed him to death.
Ream Investments Proprietor, Tayfun Sahutoglo aged 40, who is also a Turkish National reported the matter to police who later rushed to the scene and found the deceased body in a crushed state.
He added that the body has since been deposited at Kabwe Central Hospital Mortuary awaiting for post mortem.

Let the locals become competitive. As a consumer I don’t to be shortchanged just for the sake of promoting local businesses which don’t care about quality. Having said that, it’s sad that a young man can lose life thousands of kilometers from just to come for brick making. RIP
