A nation Haun by examination leaks

    • Zambia twapapa please. How can a mayor, a minister, the president be “cleaning”? Why? Is there no staffed department at the council speacifically for gabage collection & cleaning? Why? Also why can’t the council place many of those huge dumping containers at points so that all the litter is put there & the council collects regularly. What kind of country is this one kanshi?

  2. Even from the pictures of State House ..one can conclude that it just needs an experienced interior decorator with a proven track record not drunkards putting rubbish all over the place over cheap green carpets

  3. Good to see Him Samoa setting the scene in hygeine in the capital. Now it’s down to citizens to join in by carrying rubbish to bins.
