FAZ releases 2019 League fixtures

Share

Defending champions Zesco United and 2018 runners-up Nkana will kick-off their respective league campaign with away dates in the transitional 2019 FAZ Super Division season that kicks off on January 27.

Zesco have a Week 1 date against Green Buffaloes while Nkana visit Lumwana Radiants.

However, both Week 1 dates set for December 27 will be rescheduled because Zesco and Nkana will be in action just 24 hours earlier in the 2019 Charity Shield final at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe.

Furthermore, Nkana and Zesco might also skip their Week 2 dates due to CAF Confederation Cup group stage commitments should they successfully overcome their final leg continental away engagement this weekend.

Week 2 and the CAF Confederation Cup group stage kickoff is scheduled for February 1.
