Ministry of Works and Supply says the transformation of government printers is underway and on course.
Ministry of Works and Supply Public Relations Officer, Ndubi Mvula said the transformation agenda of government printers has been adhered to by not only the ministry but other stakeholders in the country.
Mr. Mvula disclosed that the Minister of Works and Supply, Mutotwe Kafwaya will update the nation once his ministry finalizes with the Department of Government Printers.
Speaking in an interview with ZANIS in Lusaka yesterday, Mr. Mvula said Government Printers had adhered to the presidential directive to print ballot papers locally in Zambia.
President Edgar Lungu who recently inspected and toured equipment at Government Printers expressed his administration’s determination to transform Government Printers by recapitalizing and facilitating the printing of the 2021 ballot papers in the country.
The Head of State stated that this will enable government to save resources, huge sums of foreign exchange and create job opportunities for the Zambian people.
May the ‘resident critics’ open the floor please…..
Now we know reason why Government Printers have FAILED to print 18 editions of Government Gazette in 2018!!!
So the ballot papers will come from the printer already marked with a “yes’ for Lungu?
THUS THE PROBLEM OF RETARDS LIKE U DONNA ONLY GOOD TO BE A DONNA, WE NEED TO MOVE FORWARD LIKE UPND SLOGAN WE CANT BE PRINTING BALLOTS PAPERS FROM OUTSIDE ZAMBIA IN MALAWI OR TANZANIA CREATE JOBS FOR OWN PIPO ATASE KA DONNA
Or !mbeciles like you which suck to the anointed Endemically Corrupt Leader!!!
Who is going to audit number of ballots printed?
IN THIS ERA WE MUST MOVE AWAY FROM BALLOT PAPERS TO ELECTRONIC VOTING OF COURSE WE NEED A LOT OF WORK TO PUT IN PLACE SECURITY FEATURES TO AVOID RIGGING.WHY INSTALL EXPENSIVE MACHINES FOR ELECTIONS WHICH HAPPENS EVERY AFTER 5 YEARS?????
THIS ZAMBIA SEEMS TO BE IN REVERSE FOR SURE.
