That crime she mentions does not actually exist and if at all it did, it would relate to a public servant. HH did not become a shareholder of Sun Hotel but a director. No law hindered HH from taking employment post privatization. HH assessed valuations, he did not force Government at the time into making decisions. Does the Government have the engagement contract between HH and ZPA? As of today, I have no doubt that HH will be the next president of Zambia, this reeks of desperation.

In anycase Edith Nawakwi if she is serious about this issue has been invited by HH to report him to the Police so the matter can be heard in. Should Edith Nawakwi successfully get HH convicted in a Court of Law for committing a Privatization Crime HH will reward her with a House. So Edith Nawakwi should hurry up and sue HH.
