Woman strips naked to prove her innocence

Share

Business at Senama market in Mansa District came to a halt last evening when a pregnant woman stripped naked in the market shelter after she was accused of stealing a Fifty Thousand Kwacha by her fellow trader.

The woman decided to strip naked after she failed to convince her accuser that she had not stolen the money.

The duo was selling vegetables at the market when they picked up a quarrel after one of them lost a K 50,000 and accused her friend of stealing the money.

ZANIS reports that after a prolonged argument, the woman who accused her counterpart of having stolen the money demanded that her friend produces all the money she had so that she could identify her K 50, 000 note.

It was at this point that the accused woman decided to strip naked in the full view of people who had gone to watch them argue and those that went to buy assorted items.

She told ZANIS that she stripped naked to show her accuser that she did not steal her money.

One of the on lookers who sort anonymity said it was shameful for a woman to resort to stripping naked in presence of men and children at the market.

She said it was unjustifiable for the accused woman to remove all her clothes in public even if she was pressurized by her friend.

Meanwhile, other women expressed displeasure at the event but condemned the woman who had accused the other of stealing the money for not listening to her friend’s explanation.

They said it would be more important for the women in question to settle their wrangles at the police station than reaching the extent of stripping naked in public.

  1. This is happening because UPND has been prostituting with MMD in public. Shame on you HH. Red lips GK will finish you b4 he is fired for messing up the constitution!!!

  2. she was trying to use PVT in a different way…LOL

Watch out rupiah and your MMD

  3. Well she must be another PF supporter who has been following Sata advise to strip naked for women to show a point. Shame on Sata..God forgive Zambia.

  4. #4 No wonder you are in that country. You are so dull, instead of insinuating on something which is not true, why can’t you wait until something has got truth, am sure if UPND and MMD are making a pact it will happen and all zambians will be there to bare witness. You started this thing 5 months ago to date nothing fruitful has happened, don’t you think you are having fever on what is not true.

  5. Correct lady that accuser must be ashamed of herself. She shud be removed frm the market on red card. Use all means to prove yo innocence or else Mukobeko can welcome yu. Alimwi cakabija kapati another porn now not on UTH road but Market.

  6. On “One of the on lookers who sort anonymity said it was shameful for a woman to resort to stripping naked in presence of men and children at the market… said it was unjustifiable for the accused woman to remove all her clothes in public even if she was pressurized by her friend… other women expressed displeasure at the event but condemned the woman who had accused the other of stealing the money for not listening to her friend’s explanation… said it would be more important for the women in question to settle their wrangles at the police station than reaching the extent of stripping naked in public” it is sad that most women in Zambia failed to tell Mandevu MP Jean KAPITA not to accept Mr Sata MC of PF’s advice for her to strip at Intercity and hence such stripping…

  7. Striptease in Zambia? Then let’s go ahead and open strip clubs in the cities where women will strip for a fee instead of stripping without pay. South Africa has a string of strip clubs, therefore the incident in Mansa will force our MPS to deliberate on legalising them in Zambia.

  8. Rupiah Banda, please charge her for pornography and charge the other woman for watching pornography LIVE!!

  9. I thought MMD stopped street trading?

I guess when you don’t have control over the people they will do what they want.
    Same with investors.
Nobody follows the laws of the country.

  10. sensational reporting, are you sure she took of her pant, LT give us better stories not this kinder garden type of reporting[-(:-?:-?:-?:-?

  11. Its true, sometimes it is difficult to prove your innocence, but this went too far… If it was me, if this accusing woman found no extra monies on me, I would sue her. seriously.. bola panshi..

  12. with hardships we are going thru in zambia and if i was the accuser i wouldnt have let the woman taking off her clothes to the end of the stripping but i would have watched to see if she was not just joking bt letting her to finish is shameful to the accuser i bet she is feeling really bad. 50 pin is lot not disgracing your “workmates” to that extent… the accuser can kill for 50 pin…….. sad:(

  13. they say women are exibitionist by nature …so our sisy was looking for a slightest excuse to show her curves……..!!! oooh…wish I was part of the audience.

  14. HYOCRITES AND SATAN’S sinnful message carriers.Yes PF hypocrites, PF’s Jean Kapata an honourrable MP and our mother a woman representint other respected females advocating for for public stripping AND encouraged by SATA person vying for state house both were not condemned by PF die hards and diaspora bloggers dettached from home ground realities.
Then a poor lady under preasure to express her innonce BUT wrongly strips naked THEN #4 blogger insteady of condemning Jean and SATA he reduces himself to filthy debate to bring in an innocent HH.ZAmbians let us not be swayed both in our voting and thinking by the likes of SATA school of addressing national and serious issues which affect our lives.
