Zesco United will face record six time African club champions Al Ahly of Egypt in the second round of the Caf Champions League.

The two sides will meet in the second round, first leg on April 23 at the Trade Fair Grounds in Ndola.

Al Ahly booked their second round place after a 2-1 aggregate win over SuperSport United of South Africa.

SuperSports’s 1-0 win at home on Saturday evening in Polokwane was not enough to see them through.

Zesco on the other hand beat Young Buffaloes 2-0 away in Manzini on Saturday evening to complete a 7-0 aggregate win over the Swaziland club.
