Ex-Nchanga Rangers striker Bornwell Mwape has opening his South Africa PSL account today with a brace for his new club Amazulu.
The Zambia striker struck twice to hand struggling Amazulu a 2-2 away draw at promoted Polokwane City.
Mwape hit the target twice with a 30th minute equaliser before earning Amazulu a point after restoring parity in the 78th minute from the penalty spot.
The striker joined bottom placed Amazulu in july on a three year deal.
Meanwhile, his compatriot Joseph Musonda played the full 90 minutes for Polokwane who are just about Amazulu in 15th place.
Good for the guy. This will improve his confidence. We need new players who will replace the aged Chris Katongo, Mbesuma, Jacob Mulenga, and the rest of the fossils in the Chopolopolo team.
