  1. I hope they are given a good bus for their travel to Kumasi, any mechanical fault that delays the boys any further in Kumasi must result in serious sanctions by FIFA and Zambia must reserve right to request for re-scheduling game to Saturday or Sunday, entire weekend is a FIFA games weekend!!!.

    • You must think realistically, sanctions never, CAF are also useless on such matters.
It comes down to organisation like FAZ, that should see to these matters in Advance, knowingly, how crucial this game is.

  2. Good luck guys. The Ghanaians are beatable even though they look strong on paper. Remember that statistically our head to head is better than them.We have beaten them more often than they have.Bon voyage !!!

  3. Why hoping. Meaning u dot hv a confident personality in life. You will die hoping.
All the best success our lads. We BELIEVE in u. Your win tomorrow is mine toooo.

  4. We are talking about about 270KM or slightly over 3hrs of driving and then getting on the pitch tomorrow. So much for FAZ being organised. SA for training was bad from the onset. Now the lads will aclimatise as they travel by bus and train at 22:30 in readness for the crucial game tomoro afternoon. Great.

    • What a beautiful baby you have there. Why don’t you preserve her by keeping her with her mother, than expose her to these people?
Immediately you mess up with your comment (like already with your name), you be insulted presence of that innocent baby. In my opinion you are a child-abuser.

  5. Good luck boys and we are behind you 100% !!!!!!!! beat those west africans on their homesoil as much as they have tried to spoil it for us. Ba FAZ whats happened to advanced team who go check conditions out? this is poor planning. shame on you all!!!

  6. #8 Bullu
I am behind you, If the distance is like you put it, long distance travel will play a role, they should have arrived two days before the match day 6.9. I hate hearing camping in SA when the match is in the North Africa.. Why camping in SA every time there is an important match???? Camping should be made in neigbouring countries with same temperature level.. Wake up FAZ

    • walasa apo they were suppose to camp in the neighbouring countries not SA all the time just because ba kalu eko bekala atase we want a wine lets guyz we are there for a win we lov you bullet

  7. The preparations for this crucial match were shambolic. It seems that jet lag plus the humidity in west Africa were not considered a factor. The team might not even have a chance to train properly in Ghana. Let’s hope what was done in South Africa will be enough. Chipolopolo have the capacity to beat Ghana and I am sure they shall do us proud regardless of the scores. FAZ and ministry of sport and whoever else is responsible for the national team have to do better. You cannot go into war without preparation. It cannot always be about “ku iposa fye.” The *****s want to give people BP before the ball is even kicked atase!

    • man uleishiba ukulanda are you a zambian iwe we are wining Zambia 1 Ghana o ukamwenako in the last minutes Zambia will score 1 believe me you ukanjeba or you can call me 0966785436

  8. This game would have been a formality had we collected maximum points in Maseru and against Sudan in Ndola. Good luck anyway…..

  9. Having lived there for 4 years, and knowing the nature of the traffic that exists bet Accra and Kumasi, coupled with very high humidity, we need to pray for our national team to settle down well. It may take them even more than 5 hours to reach kumasi..I have been in that terrain for sometime..they need courage.

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) wishes to express its surprise at some unfortunate and blatantly untrue media reports in Zambia claiming that Ghana is frustrating their attempts to fly directly into Kumasi ahead of Friday’s 2014 World Cup qualifier.

The reports in the Zambian media also claim that the GFA ‘has refused to help Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) and has also refused to help the advance delegation get the desired hotel and training ground in Kumasi.’

The GFA wishes to state categorically that these reports are utterly false and…

Reaching the final African qualifying round for next year’s World Cup remains Ghana’s only objective, when they come up against Zambia on Friday.

With only three African sides – Algeria, Egypt and Ivory Coast – assured of places in the final round of qualifying, the Black Stars are a point away from clinching a place in the two-leg play-off places when the second round campaign ends this weekend on the continent.

Ghana, two-time World Cup finalist renew their rivalry with Zambia and, having lost their last two meetings, they are seeking to change their fortunes when the…

  14. Ghana will beat Zambia to qualify to the world cup. People of Zambia don’t need to worry about the team going to kumasi. The team will fly to kumasi not by road. It 45 minutes to kumasi.
Ghana has one international airport, and its kotoka international airpot. No international flight can land there and your FZA knows that. Blame tor association for their bad decision.

  15. We have to be realistic, in Ghana it is raining, humidity is high and we shall have Jet lag and bus lag. The negative effects of all these could have been eliminated if FAZ had managed things better. How can we go into battle without training under playing conditions?

    • Ghana won’t accept that. It was part of their strategy. Set up the venue in an inaccessible/inconvenient location and you ambush Chipolopolo. I must admit their strategy has paid off. ‘Blind’ chipolopolo managers couldn’t foresee this.

  16. Guess what? The bus will breakdown in the middle of the road. By the time they fix it and eventually arrive at the stadium, it will be kick off… Evidently, this is a luzi-game. What can jet-lagged and 5-hour bus travel tired legs perform? Let’s be realistic here.

  17. I am not concerned fifa gave us free points, any mistake by the Ghanaians we will get some more free points its no longer a war on the field of play its also outside.

  18. To the Team and the technical managers. Lord I pray that we are sinners and ask for forgiveness for wronging you knowling and unknowingly. Heavenly Father thank you for all the blessings to have showered on our chipolopolo boys. Heavenly father we have come before your throne to send your holy spirit to all our boys while playing for total guidance from you and bless them. send your holy spirit for our coarch Hearve Renard to direct our chipolopolo boys. may your will be done, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. the Chipolopolo Boys are the head and not the Tail, they are above and not below in accordance with Deut. 28.13.

  19. Hahahahahaha Zambians are funny souls. I hope you know your state by now. You see the Black stars fear no team in the world. Did u really think you were going to beat Ghana on our soil? U wanna go to the world cup? For What? Please stay here back in Africa and let the Giants in world football (Ghana black Stars) do the battle for the continent. Your team is not good yet. Focus on strengthening your team and if u are lucky, u may qualify for 2050 world. Oh yeah, learn to shut your mouth too and focus on the ball. it will help u. This is free advice.
