FORUM for Democratic Process (FODEP) executive director McDonald Chipenzi has cautioned the Patriotic Front (PF) to end the in-fighting in the ruling party.

Mr Chipenzi has urged acting President Guy Scott to take up leadership of the PF and avoid the party going into oblivion.

“If the PF does not solve its in-fighting quickly, it will end up being the most divided party in the history of the country. The PF should work on the differences that they are currently experiencing,” he said.

Mr Chipenzi said that the current in-fighting could create a conducive environment for abuse of the country’s resources during this period.

He said that the transition period of ushering in a successor to late President Sata should be handled properly.

Mr Chipenzi said what is being experienced in the ruling party should be a lesson to all those that are aspiring for presidency.

He said it is unfortunate that the general conference that was held in Kabwe seems to have had a preferred candidate even before the democratic process could take place.

Mr Chipenzi said there is a lot that the people of Zambia are expecting from the PF by virtue of the party being in government.

  1. Morning Chipenzi. My advice to you is that just get on with more serious issues than advising PF. You will just be wasting your energy advising these PF thugs. PF has always been a party for thugs. It has never been a peaceful party. Remember one cadre was killed along Airport road not too long ago. The family was hoping to get compensated before the president died and before Winter was dismissed. Alas the family has now lost. PF has a lot of janja weeds thugs that are causing havoc. Green party president was on radio not too long ago & he said there were people in leadership position in PF who smoke chamba. We are now seeing chamba manifesting in PF. Good morning Zambia, good morning my country. Zambia Unite.

    • I think it is better for PF to continue fighting, than to let them go back to their ministerial offices, they will just mess-up even the remaining government resources.

  2. Why is Fodep wasting its energies on PF? Chipenzi should declare interest and join PF instead of masquerading as an independent voice. PF are being PF, a bunch of panga-wielding PFools and thugs. Zambians are not expecting anything from PF. We have received nothing from PF in three years. And now PF has stolen K900m worth of maize from hardworking farmers.

  3. Leave them…..!

People should KNOW THAT GOD IS GREATER THAN ALL and doesHis own things in marvalous.

He has CONFUSED THEM FOR BRINGING CONFUSION IN THIS GREAT COUNTRY CALLED ZAMBIA.

    To Hell with THEM.

  4. Mr Chipenzi,I think you are being unfair. How come you are just advising PF do you have some interest.MMD has similar issues you never said anything. Please as Fodep can you try to be fair in your statements.Thank you

  5. Yes,fodep’s chipenzi is pf period. Why is he worried about the goings in pf? Is this the role of monitoring groups like fodep? You should be ashamed of yourselves at fodep? I was listening to christian voice featuring one officer from fodep yesterday, and the guy vehemently denied any act of violence at pf convention in kabwe, and now listening to chipenzi,it is clear that fodep has interest and stakes in PF

  6. Any advise given to PF is so much waste of time. We all know they are incapable of reasoning correctly. The confusion and madness in their midst is proof that we are dealing with moronic thugs. If you really value your time it’s best spent on something more worthwhile than PF. Do you hear me?

  7. CONTEMPT OF COURT

Today Guy and Miles with their concubine Silvia will taste the bitter part of the law. Ignoring a court injunction is like spitting in the face of a Judge. We are living a constitutional democracy where “the crazy trio” can not plead ignorance of the law.

The court messenger who took the court order was harassed and possibly the document destroyed. That is equally a grave offence.

The Police knew about the court order but decided to also ignore the court and go ahead dancing the night away with the crazy trio. The convention will go down in Zambia’s history as one tainted with criminality and lawlessness.

We have been vindicated. Guy Scott indeed wants the nation to go into flames and like his counterparts, doesn’t care who is injured or dies! Cage them!

  8. FODEP, you’re now annoying me. Please leave them, we’re enjoying ourselves, this is free comedy. Some of us are broke right now, we can’t afford the entry fee at Lusaka Play House. I will obtain an injunction against anyone who calls for peace to prevail in PF
