Zesco United have taken over the lead at the summit of the Faz Premier League table for at least 24 hours after bashing promoted and 3rd from bottom Roan United 3-0 at the Trade Fair Grounds in Ndola today.

Enoch Sakala, Kelvin Muzungu and Yonah Mwango all scored a goal each to send Wedson Nyirenda’s side to the top on 13 points, level with former leaders Young Arrows whom they’ve toppled from the summit thanks to a better goal difference.

FOREST RANGERS 0- RED ARROWS 0.

Forest Rangers are unbeaten at home since the start of the season after drawing 0-0 with National Assembly but remain 2nd from bottom and still searching for their first league win at Dola Hill of the campaign.

KONKOLA BALDES 0- NATIONAL ASSEMBLY 0.

Blades missed out on a chance to go top of the table after a scoreless draw at home in Chililabombwe against National Assembly.

After Saturdays home draw, Blades are on 13 points, level with leaders Zesco and 2nd placed Young Arrows but with an inferior goal difference that sees them in 3rd place for the next 24 hours.
