  1. poor girl, lets hope you will recover in full coz boys dislike disabled girls meaning no happy marriage for you.
Let this man pay for this.

  2. Where was the mob? Instant justice would have been justified in such a case…not killing, just a few stones so Nyondo also feels the pain!

  3. POOR GIRL, I WISH YOU A QUICK RECOVERY. MR NYONDO SHOULD PAY FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE GIRL. AND WHY SHOOTING IN THE DIRECTION OF PIPO? WHATEVER THE CASE WAS, HE SHOULD BE ANSERABLE

  4. mmm this same nyondo has he bn arrested and charged ? how long does it take to access extent if it was a daughter of a someof us she wd have bn flown to south africa is it morning sidehosp mr lambert kindly act quickly and save life

  5. #7- Just to update you-Dr Lambert is retired, there is Dr Mwaba if you are talking of the hosp.MD. Sad for the poor girl though!!!

  6. may God please save the life of the innocent child, why has she got to catch a bullet, when robbers never catch one.

  7. This matter should be investigated. Like No 1 I too would like to know what Mr Nyondo was firing at. Does he have a gun license? I hope that the police are doing their job on this one. Poor child she does not deserve this. I wish her the best and hope that she will be physically alright. She is however hurting psychologically and I can imagine that her spirit is broken.

  8. I was just reading about the arrest of a couple o’ villagers in petauke arrested for merely beating up game rangers, an unlawful act of course, yet there’s nowhere i see that Nyondo was arrested for illegally and carelessly dispensing a firearm in a populated area resulting in grieveous bodily injury. This ***** should not only be prosecuted and jailed, but must also undergo a mental evaluation, pay rehabilitative restitution as well as have all his firearms and munitions confiscated to eliminate any further danger to the community. As for you Levi#3,pliz gro up this is not the time to expose your immaturity. Get well girl!

  9. That right there makes him fit the psychological profile of a murderer! They say anyone who exhibits a propensity for violence towards animals i.e. maiming, setting them afire, shooting etc is essentially exposing symptoms of an eventual murderer. For him to be aiming to kill a cat, no matter the rage, he requires evaluation and eventual incerceration before he actually kills.

  10. STRAY BULLET!…..My foot! This is crap. Bullets do not stray. They simply take on the trajectory of where they are aimed. It is upto the gun owner to make sure that when he or she releases the trigger, he/she is doing with the confidence that other peoples lives are not in danger.

  11. I wish to concur with # 14. Thats why, when someone is issued with a gun, he should be competent, capable and of sound mind. If fact, the issue of a stray bullet does not hold any water. If anything, anyone who handles a gun is pressumed to be a sniper. The police chief Eastern province, Mushondwa,as reported in the post, does’nt have to say, police shall investigate to establish if it was accidental. Like # 11 has explained,Mr Nyondo should just be arrested and tried. The man dicharged a firearm in a community. He was very negligent. The zed laws interpret “negligence” as failure to foresee the results your act.Or is it because a senior police officer is reported to have been given a goat?

  12. i think mr nyondo is an infwiti becuase when the thieves attacks his neighbour nyondo can never be a sniper to assist killing the attackers but when sees the future beauties our next mamas he becomes a very good sniper pleas he deserves punishment

  13. Police incarcerate the *****. Next time he may shoot in the church, after he sees a koswe for mbeba in the roof.

  14. May Her Soul Rest In Peace. My memories are still fresh for my dear wife who passed on last month. I know such a moment will be very trying for the family

  15. We hope justice will prevail, because Asians in Chipata who this man works with, are doing all sorts of illegal things and are trying to corrupt the police and the judicially. The man was arrested after six days, given the constitional bail by the magistrate before the DPP saw the Docket and had destroyed alot of evidence. But Our God doesn’t sleep, He is a living God and a God of Justice. Even if Mr Nyondo will walk free because of corruption, we shall get justice from our Creator.

  16. It is saddening to hear Mr. Kamanga the father to the girl lament in such a way, God has his own secret as to when one has to die. Everyone will die one day. No one is spared from this truth. Sincere condolences at this time to the kamanga family. And another thing, lets not forget the Nyondo family too, they need sympathy. I gather this man has had a gun licence for approx over 30 yrs, and one can not say he was just trigger happy to let this happen. Justice will prevail indeed! and soon.

  17. It is very sad an innocent girl full of life and dreams was shot at and subsequently died of bullet wounds. I read from the comments that the shooting took place at 13 hours. This is during broad day light. There is no mention that Mr Nyondo was faced with danger neither was there any threatened danger. I also read that he (Mr Nyondo) has had a licence for 30 years – long enough to master gun science. What went wrong? The truth will come out (assuming it hasnt already done so). It is a matter of time. My condolences to the Kamanga family. Accept that it happened and that God allowed it to happen that way for a purpose, which we may never understand in this life.
