Some Northern Province Youth to Support HH

Share

Some youths in Northern Province have declared their support for UPND presidential candidate Hakainde Hichilema in the October 30 presidential election.

This is according to a statement released to ZANIS in Kasama and signed by youth representatives Peggy Mulenga, Innocent Chileshe and Bridget Shaulo.

The youths said they have decided to back Mr. Hichilema because he has a clear vision of transforming Zambia into a prosperous country.

They said the UPND leader has demonstrated true leadership qualities by championing the cause of the youths, who were mostly unemployed due to lack of jobs.

The youths said the fact that the opposition UPND promises to provide equal opportunities for all Zambians was enough indication that the welfare of youths would finally receive the necessary attention, which they said had been lacking in the past.

They also welcomed Mr. Hichilema’s pledge to provide free education from primary to tertiary level adding that education was the cornerstone for national development.

Meanwhile, the youths have expressed disappointment with a named opposition party leader who allegedly advised youths to engage in smoking and beer drinking as they would have no time to do when he is elected president.

They said such careless political statement was not helping youths to become better citizens, adding that the future of youths would be sent into disarray if the opposition leader wins the presidency.

The youths have since appealed to all the presidential candidates in the October 30 election to be sensitive to the plight of Zambians, whom they said were living in abject poverty due to lack of income to sustain their living.

  1. NOW YOU ARE TALKING GUYS WORK UP FROM SLUMBER. VIVA HH IN NORTHERN PROVINCE THE CHANGE WE HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT WHICH WE CAN TRUST

  2. It seems like the illusion that some sections of the media are trying to build, i.e. KC’s popularity in the north, is begining to be dispelled. Nkani ya lula. The boat will soon sink. It’s all about moving with the TIME. RB for Presdo.

  3. Well being from Northern Province, I must say am proud of you the youths. You have shown how independent thinkers are you, unlike other provinces which I wont name and where they just follow blindly what their so called elders tell them to do in secret for whatever reason.

But MAICHE, INE WISO IT”S PA BWATOOOO!!!. May the best man win. I hope you wont be in the losers circle. No hard feeling when you lose ..you are still our children and we love you all equally.

  4. Well done youths of Kasama you have set an example by not voting on tribal grounds but vote for the man with vision.

  5. U shud be specifying the number of the youths not che nga mwachita interview 2 or 4 pipo ati northern province blah blah blah atase nonsense

  6. Today you call these Kasama youths non-tribal just becoz they support your candidate. If they support one who hails from there province then they are tribal. Who is a tribalist? Somebody define him.

  7. I ALWAYS WONDER WHY MANKIND CHOOSES EVIL GIVEN GOOD. I DONT SEE ANYTHING GOOD IN SATANA. MAN, MAKE ME UNDERSTAND THIS.. ITS LIKE ZAMBIANS ARE BECOMING UNITED IN WHAT THEY KNOW IS WRONG.PF

  8. #9 whats your problem, the post only interviewed 1 so called hamiyanze and put a healine that satamania hits south.thank you north for the support.HH is the most credible of the four, any well meaning zambian will tell you that.

  9. You shud just admit that HH fever has hit Northern Province especially in Isoka and the sarrounding areas.

    VIVA HH and UPND

  10. VIVA HH Thats how bright youths ought to be thinking. Remember the saying youths are the leaders of tomorrow. forget voting on tribal lines and please Zambians lets exercise real democracy in selecting a leader of action. Above all lets allow God to intervene in this matter to allow peace to continue in our country as ever. Abashi Violate by accepting who ever wins after all Zambia is ours.

  11. at last pipo are beginning to realise that HH will bring change. i pity those working in treasury depts becoz these will be hit badly should sata win.most are praying that RB or HH CARRIES THE DAY.

  12. Village Concept, I like you arguments man… you are such a true patriot. I have followed your debate on a number of topics. You are superb. I hope to meet you. I’M in Lusaka.

I wish to join you in congratulating the youths of Northern PROVINCE FOR THEIR SENSE of Reason and JUDGEMENT. CONGRATS GUYS . VIVA …HHHH. Young and Vibrant for economic growth and in turn more jobs for us all to make money.

  13. Northern Province… thank you for the decision. When youth say something and decide seriously even bamadala will follow. Very soon SATA will forget and announce that he supports HH.

If you are a youth, if you have children and you love them…look at them in their eyes and a Godly voice will tell you VOTE HH..for the sake of your loved ones. BUT IF you are a mudala and wizard “chimfwiti” vote for the madalas since you have no future to secure.

  14. Those youths dont know what they are doing, they need mature advice. Youths if you vote for Hh, you ll be throwing away your vote. Do vote for Pf. Mwamukolo

  15. “The youths said they have decided to back Mr. Hichilema because he has a clear vision of transforming Zambia into a prosperous country.
They said the UPND leader has demonstrated true leadership qualities by championing the cause of the youths, who were mostly unemployed due to lack of jobs. The youths said the fact that the opposition UPND promises to provide equal opportunities for all Zambians was enough indication that the welfare of youths would finally receive the necessary attention, which they said had been lacking in the past.” This what I have been wrting about wellmeaning Bemba Zambian Citizens. As much as we have bemba-Tribalists following Sata, we also have good Bemba people.

  16. Hmmmm! Pumpy! Do you have children. #23 has suggested one good thing that you MUST do today when you get home, look into your children’s eyes and say you love them! If you love them their faces will tell whom you should vote for to secure their future. Definitely it will not be Sata or RB! Just be honest with them and yourself!

  17. Next is data from Luapula Province to show that HH is winning. We are not going to be distracted by Sata’s current Mouthpiece The POST with their PROPAGANDA. HH’s media is us the Zambian wellmeaning Citizens.
I have a lot of Tissue paper to help those who will be crying on 2nd November, 2008 for wasting their votes on both RBB and Sata. However, I am still welcoming all Sata’sPF and MMD’s RBB cadres to join us build our great Nation Zambia together. There is still time. 8 dyas is a lot of time. Only a ‘minute’s clear reflection’ on who is the best candidate in this 30/10/2008 election will help you voters put Zambia on course for REAL CHANGE and DEVELOPMENT.

  18. Hats off to the bemba youths you have shown how independent you are. Southerners, westerners and all you chipata people please follow suit and support SATA to show the world that zambians think beyond tribal lines. Viva pa bwatoooooo

  19. #29 in one post you’re insulting us saying we are tribalists then in the next one inviting us to join you. Make up your mind please

  20. Thank you Wanzelu, you are trully intelligent. God bless you and we need you back home so we can develop Zambia together.

  21. Boyz it is your birth right, But remember what elders say Mwamukolo. Mu ARK MU BOAT, MU CANOE MU BWATO. God bless you boys

  22. My fellow Zambia Youths and Citizens, let us all now finish this race by doing the door-to-door campaigns and phone-to-phone campaigns in Zambia and abroad to sensitise all those that will vote to VOTE for the man of the moment so that their vote can count in this election.
Let us not relax on our resolve to see HH at Plot 1 on 4th November, 2008.
There is only a short time remaining and victory is certain. We do not need to relent, thank you Kasama and Northern Province. Together, let us build Zambian for our Children and generations to come after us. Lovely stuff wellmeaning Bemba People and good groundbreaking example for Luapula Province.

  23. Please do not deport the youths from Northen province. The land has already been taken in other provinces. Let those youths help to tranform Northen province

  24. Youths of Northern Province that is very good. They say youths are the future leaders, now why do they want to continue being the leaders? Can someone who is 47 be a child? Whao all Zambians youths, this is what you need to do. The youths in USA are going to change history next month by voting for Obama, Zambians lets do it, lets vote for a young man too and see where it gets us. What experience are they talking about? Who has ever been a president amongst all them to even talk about experience in that office? Go to their rallies but vote for a young man period

  25. #31.Samsung Mbewe, as much as we have tonga people who are polygamists, a lot of Tonga people marry only one wife.

  26. #31. #39 continued. Samsung Mbewe, as much as we have Lozi people who eat hopani, we have Lozis who do not eat hopani.

  27. #31. #41 continued. As much as we have Bemba people who b a k o l w e, there are Bemba people who do not eat ba k o l w e.

  28. #31. #41 continued. As much as we have Nyanja people who eat mbeba, a lot of Nyanjas do not eat mbeba. As much as Sata is the greates Bemba-tribalist and his has a small group of Bemba-Tribalists who follow him especially those at Sata’s current mouthpiece The POST, we have a lot of Bemba Zambian people who are very well meaning. “One Zambia, One nation.” This is diversiveness and tehtruth hurts, but sets free. Be bleesed all.

  29. Potential #38 I like your staff. Congrats Northern Province. YOU need the HAND THAT GIVETH. Not the boat or clock.

Guys can we take time also to analse the symbols use by these politicians in their campaign? Check my next blog.

  30. Zambians,if you vote wrongly, three years will be like a decade and a lot of things could change to waste.

Vote wisely, you have a very beautiful Country and people.

  31. My simple analysis of the campaign symbols is that:Firstly PF BOAT is tempral, and shoud stop equating it to NOAR’ ark or else they will receive a case. NOAR was an honest man in the eyes of God.Not this group of thugs which matcheted our people in Kabwata.

The clock for the MMD STOPPED ticking when we lost Mwanawasa who actually was the lone soldier fighting for Zambia(M.H.S.R.I.P.)

Both the boat and clock are made by human hand. The symbol for UPND. That’s why youths support HH…HH….

  32. VIVI HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.VOTE WISELY OR YOU WILL PERISH

  33. My foot we will talk more later, I see that you are very much lost so i might need to sleep over what you have just posted….

    Otherwise Nipabwaaaaatooooofye!!!!!

  34. viva youths for supporting hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
viva northern province youth vote hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
    viva hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  35. Spectator are you with me brother? Stop waiting dear, just come shake my hand especially the UPND hand that will deliver and help Zambia from economic sickness. The hand will raise Zambia from the economic death bed. Guys, this is true… it’s not too late to change and do what is right for our beloved Zambia. VOTE PA KWANJA..FALIZOHO.. AJANZA..PAKUBOKO.

  36. will talk more My foot worry not, could you tell what your sex is?! Male or female.

Nothing to it just want to know so that i can know how to explain it….

  37. Northern youths, very dull, huh! Just because Hh promised them his salary and they think he is the most suitable candidate! Shame! I expected these perceived youths to be motivated by real issues and not childish cheap crap from one HH- symbol of political immaturity!
VIVA PA PWATO WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR “YES”!

  38. thats a good move fellow youths!let’s support each other oz the shikulus need to concentrate on farming !VIVA HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  39. Guys, I wish to thank you all who debated on this topic sensibly and in a mature manner. Here in Zambia the time is 18:15hrs and I’M LEAVING OFFICE GOING HOME.My HOPE is to see a Zambia where my family is safe, has food, clothes, transport, decent shelter, clean and safe water, free education for those who cannot afford it..etc..etc.

This UPND can do for Zambia. I LOVE YOU ALL…GODBLESS ZAMBIA.

    I’M OFF…..HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH VIVA…VIVA..HHHHHHHH

  40. These northern youths are typical villagers – as visionless as HH! By the way , all of you who thought HH has any vision for mother Zambia I have news for you that the man is far from having any vision. What you all his minions think are visions are actually text book theories which he thinks can work for our country. His workers at Grant & Thornton have gone for over two months without salaries bcoz he applying text book theories directly regardless of the prevailing situations. SO DON’T BE BLINDED BY CHEAP TALK!
VIVA PA BWATO, PA BWATO, PA BWATO!

  41. Spectator, for your sake I spared a minute to inform you as per your request. I sure you mean well.I’m proper and well balanced MALE in whatever angle you would view me. Physical Educationist…I tell you more tomorrow if you so wish.

Don’t worry, nothing big…I LOVE YOU.

But think carefully on what I said, do not be overtaken by emotions, be rational and objective, you will prove that I’M atleast thinking for a BETTER Zambia for us all, not just politiking. Wish you the best my friend SPECTATOR as we all decide positively to vote for ..HAKAINDE HICHILEMA .HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  42. The 30th October, 2008 is not for TIMID souls. Only the wel-prepared and ready to endure will get to the end, by God’s grace.
I told you Zambians that the results of the Presidential elections for this year will be shocking, especially to undreducated Sata’s PF supporters. Sata’s PF current mouthpiece The POST has been misleading people to think that their is something called satamania just as Sata himself has been misleading the whole of his PF cadres and sympathisers into becoming thugs. There will be no rigging and all will be shocked when the man of the moment ecHi-ecHi will most likely take centre stage on 4th November, 2008 as Zambian President. Do not say I did not warn you, PF cadres

  43. Maestro..so wat do u say n ths,wth ur line of tinkin..bt anywhere,i wish these youths al the best wth their lost cause..othawise ine,ki mwamukolo…

  44. #65, “we have heard those cock and bull stories before” and so come up with something convincing or better still shup up.
The simple thing to understand is why hasn’t the MEDIA especially Sata’s current mouthpiece failed to tell us about Grant Thorn workers being on strike.
Do you think we are easily cheated like you whom undreducated Sata cheats like new born babies who have just starting talking? Do you think the respected Litunga and his Kuta in the Western province are easily cheated by Kaponyas and would-be thiefs (MMD 2 Billion Kwacha case that Sata was moving around with for Chiluba’s MMD Administration campaigns)of Sata’s calibre? Save us from that crap, big man/woman!

  45. ANONYMOUS # 61 You will make me stay longer on this machine, what we need to do is not to send Bashukulu to farming. Farming requires energetic young men and women. For bashukulu SATA, RUPIA BANDA and others, we must look after them very well. They did a good job for us when they were youths as they fought for our political freedom.

Now with a youthful president HH. It time for us to work hard for thier sake and the future generation. The bashukulu cling to politics coz they fear as to who wud oook after them. HH will do that.

  46. Im sure these are sum of the 62 youths tht votd in kachinbiya.,thy are as useles as their thots, thy cnt move our vote for,UBWATOO

  47. Maestro..so do u stil stand by ur wrath against bembas as being ‘tribal’ i hav read sum of ur aguments, and im disapointd tht u hav said sum bembas are tribal, and yet u havnt mentiond tht sum tongas are tribal.

  48. Maestro Hhehhehhehhe, don’t lose your pace. You’re one of the strong pillars of good thinking to spread the positive message about HH. Never lose your step man. We need your positive contribution.

People, let me tell you something before I finally leave office, HH has brought new life in Zambian politics want it or not ,believe it or not. He has maintained good political language and now SATA and others are literally using his phrases. In academics, we would call it plagierism or academic theft.VIVA HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  49. #73, I was answering someone’s querry just like you. What I know is that every society including The Tonga People society, which I belong to, has or may have extrimists of the nature of tribalists. However, Sata is the biggest Bemba-Tribalist together with most of his CADRES (e.g. Fred mmembe at the POST, who is busy overlooking Sata’s faults but is willing to paint the Mighty UPND as Tribal just because Mmembe is Bemba – a tribesmate with Sata).
I have from time to time mentioned that what I am against is the use of the good Bemba Language by Bemba-Tribalists to insult any non-Bemba Zambian Citizen and call them tribalists because they were born Tonga, Lozi, Nyanja or anything else.

  50. #74, My Foot, I am here as a do or die HH supporter until we get to Plot 1 on 2nd November, 2008 after winning the 3oth Octber, 2008 elections, by God’s grace. When that job will be done, I will disappear for some time until probably 2016 when I will stand as an Independent Presidential candiate for Zambia if the new Zambian President will not dissolve the National A s s e m b l y at some point before or after 2011.
May you continue will the HH door-to-door and phone-to-phone campaigns in Zambia as we also do our part including crashing the UBWATO nonsense on LT. Have a blessed day and Greetings to your family at home.

  51. Maestro.bt upnd said it themselves tht only a tonga cn be presidn of upnd..ackson sejani, mutinta mazoka..etc were sum of the pipo hu said tht..and my brotha, thts wat has made it difikot 4 upnd to command support, coz we zambians have to lok at wat tht means 4 the rest of the pipo frm th otha 8 provinces..

  52. #73, the Holy Scriptures indicate in Hebrews Chapter 10 that:

    Hebrews 10 + KJV Bible
23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

“CONSIDER ONE ANOTHER TO PROVOKE UNTO LOVE AND TO GOOD WORKS” saith the good Lord GOD. May you all have a blessed day.

  53. #78, can you please quote for me that news of “only a tonga cn be presidn of upnd..ackson sejani, mutinta mazoka..etc” and its source. i hope your source will not be Sata’s current mouthpiece The POST who are Bemba-Tribalists.
After you have done that, I will respond vehemently and objectively to you quest upon doing my independent research on it.
Otherwise, as far as I am concerned president HH was elected democratically at a UPND Convention with clever UPND delegates from 9 Provinces of Zambia that was organised by Sakwiba Sikota as Acting UPND President who lost it (Presidential election) together with some South African Tonga businesman – a Mr Mweemba or so. Vote for HH 4real change.

  54. #78, Issues!!;-), do not generalise that we Zambians in your “coz we zambians have to lok at wat tht means 4 the rest of the pipo frm th otha 8 provinces” because you are not the whole Zambia Community but a single entity or individual, Issues.
Many Zambians from all walks of life voted for HH in the 2006 elections which Sata HH beat Sata in 4 provinces in votes – mind you records are available and i can put then in a few minutes from now.
So, give up the PROPAGANDA crap that “we zambians” and tell us that “you as a Bemba person or more correctly Bemba-Tribalist or indeed whoever you are” feel uncomfortable to vote for HH. Please, this will be helpful to you and the Nation.

  55. #81, I want you to give make “recorded proof” or “written articles” with words and who said those words because it is not me with a querry to answer but it is you who wants me to answer you. Please, do not run away from what you have started. You have accused mentioned-names of individuals in posting number #78 (ackson sejani, mutinta mazoka..etc ) and yet the Holy Scriptures record that:
“Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.”
Do you know, Issues, the consequences of your accusation which you are not willing to provide evidence to?

  56. The Holy Scripture record:
    Matthew 7 + KJV Bible
1Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
3And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
4Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam [is] in thine own eye?
5Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

  57. Maestro i cn say to you tht..You ar a hypocrite..u dnt c wat is in urself b4 atackin o debatin an isue..i dnt nid ur data n tht crap of 4 provinces wat hav u..mind u im nt a bemba,u r shalow tinkin makes u tink tht who ever tels u th truth abt ur being tribal is a bemba..tink…

  58. #84 continued.
So take be careful and take extra care my fellow Citizen, #78,81 Issues!!;-).
I love you and Sata too and this is why I am helping you to desist being trapped by the devil and his evil angles.
    2 Thessalonians 2 + KJV Bible records
9[Even him], whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

  59. #85, the truth hurts, but do not be emotional or lose heart, relax and be objective.
look at what you are doing to yourself:
“Maestro i cn say to you tht..You ar a hypocrite..u dnt c wat is in urself b4 atackin o debatin an isue”
    But I wrote on #82:
“tell us that “you as a Bemba person or more correctly Bemba-Tribalist or indeed whoever you are” feel uncomfortable to vote for HH.”
This is clear that I am alive to the fact that you may not be Bemba or indeed a Bemba-Tribalist.

  60. I cant imagine a Zambia led by Shrek. Vote wisely! The other three have always been around. Its their ambition to go to No:1 Independence Avenue. They were there in 2006. Shrek was farming. We had Lupando in his sit. Sata, HH, or Brigadier mwebantu please.

On 29th am strutting my stuff back home which is about 700kms away from here with my NRC and VC. Surely cant burn gas iyadulaso and just waste my vote. Am gonna put my mind to it. It definitely is gonna be a logical, analytical and sensibly judged, well informed decision. Otherwise, it might turn up to be a cost.

  61. 22# THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENTS I NORMALLY USE NAMES LIKE VILLAGE CONCEPT, KASHIMANI KANALOLO, MWANA POHO YENSU, MULOZI WANITI, JUST TO CONFUSE PF CADRES.OTHER WISE I’M BASED IN KITWE EMAIL [email protected] We can talk more about echi echi our man for the moment.

  62. #78,81,85, the Holy Bible record:
    Revelation 12 + KJV bible
9And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Note: The devil is the deciever of the whole world (verse9) and accuser of our brethren (verse 10).
Thus, desist from ACCUSING others and live well in Jesus Christ. It is not yet too late and you are welcome.

  63. Maestro,i wil nt reveal my tribe here.cos its nt at al important…lok inside ur self by readin thru ur postings,nt js today, then u wil c wat u rili are, withot doin tht you wil always hav tht hate 4 bembas and accuse pipo hu hav neva mentiond anytin tribal in ur quest to preach tribalism..and pliz dnt quote th bible,God is greater than wat u tink..

  64. @ Maestro Hhehhehhehhe put God out of this because God sees noe Zambia and not the tribes that you keep emphasizing on. What’s a tribe anyway. Opofye nabakale balileka ukulanda ifyaso. Did you grow up in a disintergrated home where your neighbors were considered nonentities. Huh???!!!

  65. #92, I am helping bring sanity on LT and you ar busy propagating it. I do not do drugs or insult. May it is because I am too smart for chaps that become emotional.
This 30th October, 2008 race is not for timid souls. Many have come, but they have gone faster than they came to me.
may you have a good day or is it, Shi Mulase.

  66. comrades let the post news paper show us photos of a rally in kaoma like they normaly do when ever sata has a rally.he had a rally in kaoma 2day.ha comrades luena baracks kaoma is no walk zone for sata ask him when he comes to lusaka.viva RB VIVA KAOMA

  67. #91, Issues, my simple discourse with you just in a few lines in this thread has caused you to be emetional and yet you cannot find any fault in my writings. This is clear testimony that you do not take time to understand what I write on LT, but are quick to conclude. This race is not for TIMID souls. Allow reasoning and reflection to take effect in your way of doing things and you will live a free live in the Lord. The Holy Bible records:
[KJV]Ephesians 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove [them].
[NIV] Eph 5:11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness,u but rather expose them.
    Take careful care always.

  68. #91, Issues, Can you please do me a favour by quoting exactly where and why you claim the following about me:
“you wil always hav tht hate 4 bembas and accuse pipo hu hav neva mentiond anytin tribal in ur quest to preach tribalism.”
I have always mentioned that I do not hate any individual, but evil and the devil’s way of doing things. What profit is in hating a PERSON – a fellow HUMAN BEING. The is time wasting. The good Lord God is coming soon and you all have to prepare to meet Him. For God is coming to rewards his own according to the way they have performed (“[KJV]Revelation 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be”)

  69. #98, VILLAGE CONCEPT, some characters think that I hate fellow Zambians or the Bemba Tribe people but they have failed to give me proof that I hate Bembas. This is the soul reason i went inot scriptures to help them understand my standpoint.
Otherwise, thanks for your great contribution. Infayakiti (In fact), I have released enough data to showcase my point and I will leave it here on the way I pereceive things from a religious point of view.
However, I am now reverting back to exposing thae evil doers once more in the Zambian political scenario.
Let us go gnentlement and ladies. Lets go.

  70. Whilst PF is drank with over confidence with their Bwato MMD is busy guiding voters on what to do on 30th here in Luapula. Us who work in villages in Luapula, are not seeing any sign of PF in these villages. MMD will beat PF clean in Luapula this time around. Because of the over confidence in them PF will be the first to claim rigging. Awe ba Sata your people have let you down in Luapula.

  71. Warning to PF. BY used the Chitenge Formula to win Nchelenge Constituence as MP.He has sold this formula to MMD for a price of a Job in Government.Believe me or not this formula works in Luapula and MMD is using it effectively. If PF doesnt provide a dosier to neutralise this Formula they will be beaten strait and clean in Luapula.

  72. #104, that is the way to go. Let the best man win on October 30, 2008 .
There will be no rigging and lets all accept the results when they will come out. After all, the results will be posted on each polling station according to the ECZ.
Viva Kasama and Northern Province Youths. Real change is coming to Zambia this November 2008 and for good should every voter vote responsibly for HH.

  73. EYE OF AN EAGLE THAT WILL GIVE HH GOOD CHANCE. LET PF SLEEP OVER THEIR CANOE WHILE WE USE OUR HAND TO GREET VILLAGERS AND GET MORE VOTES WATCH OUT.

  74. I did share my view on the pending loss of Luapula by PF to MMD with my PF friends, what they told me was that if that would happen, PF and MMD would split their Votes in Northen and Luapula thre by giving an advantage to HH. I did agree with them that HH is going to win this ellection just because of the poor campaigning strategies of PF.

  75. GUYS LATEST ON NEWS PF DID NOT PAY FOR THEIR ADVERTS FOR TV THAT IS WHY THEY WERE NOT SHOWN ON TV.SHAME THEY WANT EVEN TO TAKE ZNBC TO COURT FOR NOT SHOWING THEIR ADVERTS.THEY HAVE JUST SECURED FUNDS HENCE THOSE FUN ADVERTS SHOWING PEOPLE PUDDLING IN THE AIR ONE CAN LAUGH AT SOME OF THESE ADEVERTS

  79. #107, 108, HH will outperform his competitors terribly even in their so-called strongholds. Just wait and see. The man of the moment HH has campaigned heavily in Luapula since losing the 2006 Presidential elections.
HH did his homework very right. Corrigible reports that reached my Central Command Post indicated that HH has employed a lot of people in Luapula Province especially when he bought farms there and gave those Luapulans some employment. He has also done some good charity work countrywide and thr results of all this will be seen on 2nd October, 2008.
Even the MMD campaign team knows that HH is the man and that is why they want to get enough of Sata’s votes, just 2be even with HH.

  80. we have talked a lot about elections such that we ar even tired!There4,im inviting all those who are interested to join me in praying for peace to continue prevailing in our country especialy at this time of elections,Starting 2moro the 22nd up to 28th at 21:00hrs

  87. Sata entices West on Barotse Agreement

    By James Muyanwa

PATRIOTIC Front (PF) leader, Michael Sata has said if elected, his government will recognise the Barotse Agreement and will reinstate several chieftainships abolished by first Republican president Kenneth Kaunda’s administration.

And Mr Sata has said that he would ensure that his government evenly distributes national wealth throughout the country and address imbalances in development.

Mr Sata told the Kuta, the Lozi Cabinet at the palace in Mongu yesterday that his government would implement the provisions of the now contentious agreement to restore dignity to the Barotse Royal Establishment.

  88. Mr Sata who is in Western Province to drum up support for his presidential candidature in this month-end’s election, said the agreement had been highly misunderstood by people in the country.

Contrary to views in some quarters that the agreement entailed seceding of the Barotseland from Zambia , he said, the accord was all about dignity for the royal establishment and development of the area.

Mr Sata said the Barotseland governance system was one of the best decentralised local government systems and it should serve as a model for people in other parts of the country.

  89. Mr Sata said that he would introduce new districts in the province where there were traditional districts noting that the Western Province had two forms of districts, those established by government and those by the royal establishment.

He said he would reinstate all the chiefdoms, which had been abolished by Government while the royal establishments in the country would take up most of the activities in various sectors and would be given more powers.

On national unity, Mr Sata said he would ensure that his administration distributed the national cake evenly and equitably throughout the country so that the nation moves together.

  90. He said he believed, for instance, that each province could have hydro-electric power stations for the local electricity consumption to supplement the supply through the national grid.

Speaking at the same occasion, The Ngambela (prime minister) Imasiku Lyamunga paid tribute to Mr Sata for his visit and his approach towards issues concerning the royal establishments in the country.

Ngambela Lyamunga said that the Kuta and the entire royal establishment would continue to welcome people from a cross section of society to familiarise with the operations of the royal establishment.

  91. Later, the PF leader had a closed door meeting with the Litunga before flying to Shang’ombo and Senanga districts where he had meetings.

And speaking on a live interview on Radio Lyambai upon arrival in Mongu on Sunday, Mr Sata said that PF was a truly national party which had leaders from all the provinces.

Mr Sata who featured on the MISA-Zambia sponsored programme dubbed good governance with party spokesperson, Given Lubinda said the party was not for Bembas alone but all the tribes.

  92. He said Lozis for instance were represented by at least three members of central committee who, should PF form government, will be part of the administration.

He said, however, that he had always urged upcoming leaders to work hard within their localities and sell themselves to the people because they had to earn the positions on merit.

  93. you Hhehhehhehhe, I told you yestaday to take it easy…tone down. We all know that some sections of people have dominated others BUT two wrongs dont make right. If you think some Bembas are tribalists, dont react in a tribal way.

  94. #138, Engine Bbloko, can you please relax or show evidence to your claims by expounding and providing proof through quotes.

  105. Good thinking Northern youths:
It’s unfortunate that some people think differently. While Zimbabwreans are sacrificing their lives to get rid of Mugabe, some Zambians want to vote for a Mugabe clony. How visionless can one be?
Americans are voting in a youth with vision, from a minority ethnic group, some Zambians are rejecting their own Obama simply because he is Tonga.
No wonder we will remain a poor country. No wonder some people say we are a cursed race

  109. # 149. I’m sorry with your poor thinking. It’s like you never learn. School has done very little for you, what a pity! You must admit that you are sick, go to a brain repare hospital. What makes you happy about MAZOKA, NKHUMBULA’S deaths? Shame on you and may God deal with you squarely unless you apologies to the Tongas and Zambians in general.

I’m soory guys, but I had to say this.

Lusike lwa tuhelela naha yaluna kuisiwa kwa kuyunda inge lutona. We’ll be answerable one day for negligence if we gave away this country to SATAN KAPA DIABULOSI.

  114. do they even have voters cards? dont think by them agreeing automatically HH will accumulate votes. they are simply preparing hi for 2011. dont be deceived, look at the situation on the ground. how does it seem to you? be honest to yourselves.

  115. I will VOTE for HH at all costs, this will make my inner being happy and bring peace to my conscience. HH is sensible in most of his explanations on how he would develop all the productive sectors of our economy. He talks about redistribution of national wealth for the benefit of all Zambians.

    HH you have my vote!

  116. #160, On the ground HH has more command. Don’t be deceived by what you see in the post. They (post) are in an agreement with Sata but will be shocked.

  117. We should not allow ourselves to postpone development until 2011. Our people have suffered enough under the rule of Chiluba and Sata.Let me remind you that it was Sata who had the 2billion kwacha from ZANACO to dish out to MMD cadres supporting Chiluba’s 3rd term bid. This was too much money to entrust in Sata’s hands alone.DO you think he gave out the whole 2Billion to the cadres? Yes… you are right he is a plunderer.

    Vote HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  118. #161 Keep it up my brother, we need new blood in govt this time around. I don’t see anything substantial in Sata which some of our friends are seeing. Actually they don’t even say what the man is planing to do for the country other than putting those zeros in front of their symbol. Anyway, of late I have been ringing my friends and relatives and I am getting one story. HH to rule, but if the worse comes to the waste they would rather see RB as president not this man. How is it wherever you are?

  119. MUNA # 162, you are right….the young man has since gained alot of ground and Zambians have realised that he means well for the country.

  120. We need managers and people with intelligence to run the country not politicians. Have we forgoten what happened when we voted for a bus driver in the name of Chiluba? He had no management and political qualifications, we voted for him. We made the same mistake during Kaunda’s era. we had people like Grey Zulu who destroyed the country because of not having any education and managerial skills. Now we want to make the same mistake to vote for a policeman. We dont learn from the past? wake up from slumber. Dont just say “pabwato” without analysing issues and learning from the past.

  121. Crazy period in Zambian history huh? but you know what scary is that Im begining to see us in a different light. Every one own opionion fine but lets use the intelligence that made us sit in front of the keyboards in the first place. i like wrestling (the game)

  122. Zambia is a beautiful country and this cant be taken for granted. But I shudder that many seem to take this for granted. The thought that people can even consider voting for loud and empty tins like sata just confounds me. As it is stated somewhere: a spring of water cant have both bitter and sweet water. Clearly and absolutely, sata cant be an economic genious that he would want people to believe.

    Love Zambia

  123. People…Let us ask ourselves just a few moral questions. How on earth can you be proud of a man aspiring for the highest office in Zambia to present himself in a SPEED BOAT at the HIGH COURT? I did not see a drop of water around to subject someone to using a boat for fear of deep waters. These are the people who think the train can fly or can use road instead of rail.Surely this was drama… and Kaponyas like that coz it’s comedy. POLITICS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS NOT THE WAY THE PF and MMD have taken it. That is why HH is the BEST for Zambia.

  124. I see there is an imposter. The Post Newspaper is jst masaging Sata’s ego out of frustration.Sata cant win in Western,N/western,Southern,Central.
Why do we Zambians want to be empowering the same old people since 1964?
    VIVA NEW BLOOD. HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  125. Mr Maestro hehehehehe you have done a lot of ham to your chosen candidate HH than good through your triblism blogging against Bembas! I was once going to vote for HH but bcoz your triblism campaign against Bembas you put me off completely and now I will have no choice but to vote for SATA!!

  126. HH SUPPORTERS PLS HIS (HH) TIME IS WHEN HE GOES THRU WARD COUNCILLORSHIP,MPSHIP,BEING A MINISTER THEN BU PRESIDENT.WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT RUNNING AN AUDIT FIRM HERE, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT RUNNING A COUNTRY.

  127. #171 Natasha, it is always good if not better to be truthful. Voting for HH has nothing to do with Maestro, if that was the case no one would vote for Sata on this Blog because the majority of PF caders are either Rumpens or clueless.
#172 you really show how crap your thinking is. You can work for 25 years with one year experience equivalent.Qualitatively, HH is more experienced and mature politically than the two Nchembeles!

  128. People please put this animal called “TRIBALISM” aside. I see people are doubting whether Sata can ever be supported in the south of Zambia, do noy blame the people , blame the candidate, sata, Has he ever bothered to campaign wholeheartedly there? You all know the answer. He would rather go as far as Mazabuka for an hour speech and return to Lusaka.I want applaud those young guns of the north, they have demostrated that Zambia is for all, unless, what must old people think, esp on this blog. These young guns have identified HH with themselves, he speaks thier language, he walks their walks, etc. I have said time and time here that , where are the young of this country? Let the stand up.

  129. Ho Ho Ho. Pa Bwato bane. Those youths will be singing a different tune when Father Christmas get to nothern province. They want ing`ombe ho ho ho. Sweets in the boat will do.

Bana bandi, Peggy, Inno na Bri I have sweets in my bag. They are on the boat with me.

  130. IWE CHI NO 174 LOOK AT OBAMA. WHAT IS HE NOW AND WHAT DOES HE WHAT TO BECOME ?WACHIKOPOWE. DONT JUST WAKEUP AND SAY I WANT TO BE PRESIDENT OF ZAMBIA.

  131. come 30th SATA’s political arrogance is comming to an end. i cant even see why some people of integrity can honestly support SATA; This is madness going on in zambia, please vote RB viva RB.

  132. #173.Natasha, I can never be cheated by such statements. #176 has a good answer to you that will help you re,ove that attitude.
I am not a kid to be cheated. If you had never planned to vote for HH, it has just been like that.
However, I respect your opinion and vote for whoever you want.
Otherwise, whether HH wins or loses, he will remain the best Presidential Candidate of the 30th October 2008 election.
My duty on here – LT – is to make sure that all forms of tribalism and ever are cut to size. This will be regardless of my fellow Tonga people or any other Zambian tribes man including Bemba, Lozi and Nyanja.

  133. Fellow youths of Zambia lets try to digest the past and by all means to build this country these old politicians they have failed us enough.Lets get someone who would at least consider us as a very productive age group Vote for HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  134. Ba Wampumpa, don’t show your ignorance on here! I am sure you’ve no clue how long Obama has been a Senator. What would you prefer; being a leader of a large political party with over twenty MPs or to be a ward councilor? PFs cadres have a very big problem, they are either very dull or least “brainless”. They don’t discuss no issues, just shouting slogans that are meaningless. Shame!!

  135. It’s true wina azalila! These Nchembeles will they handle the redicule they will be subjected to come Nov.4th? I have my doubts!

  136. Uprightness, correctness, transparency and completeness always triumph over manipulations. We have 2 large media organisations – one is ZNBC and this ZNBC is campaigning for RB. The other is The Post and this Post is campaigning for Sata!!! How else can you explain the dominance of these two in these respective media? With the Post, Sata is designated the front page for pictures, others who draw similar or even larger crowds are confined to inner pages where they are either just mentioned as having had a mammoth rally without any picture or a picture in black & white so that you dont see clearly. SHAME SHAME Indeed. We know what’s happening, won’t be hoodwinked/coerced 4 poor quality Sata

  137. #192, there are two motivating factors for the Sata’s current mouthpiece The POST and these are:

    1. Bemba-Tribalism by Bemba-Tribalists Sata and Mmembe who are both vehemently advocating for Bemba Language to become a National Language.
    2. The POST is trying to sell – or make money – and so the best Zambian politics comedian helps them because all Zambian people want to read his jokes or the way Sata entertains them.

  138. Wel if u r supporting Sata analyse your character. U will discover that its either u talk too much or u r rough to your colleagues, or u r being tribal. See sense in what other pipo r saying. Vote above party and tribal lines. Let the best candidate carry the day. Remember machete’s in Chawama it was Sata. Unruly behaviour in Bus Stops it was stata organising all that. U have forgotten. Wait and C. He is a dictator. Vote for him now and he will rule u until he is Eighty something years. Brotherly advise

  139. November 2, 2008, will teach you and Sata a good lesson you will leave to remember in your whole lives. For as me he Zambia Army Commander is on my side. The Commander will deal with all ill-motivated characters who think they can bring anarchy to Zambia.
As for my 30th October,2008 election candidate PREFERENCES,here is the list below:
1 – Best: Hakainde Hichilema (HH)
2 – Better: Brig. Gen. Godfrey Miyanda
3 – Good: Rupiah Bwezani Banda
    4 – worst : Micheal Chilufya Sata.
NOTE: Anyone of the top 3 in the list will do, however if the WORST wins it still will never hurt because Sata is a human being, Zambian for that matter

  140. VIVA HH for real support on the ground.
PF cadres, its not too late … forward Zambia , alwez said that when you are done with the drama, papa wants you home to vote sensibly …..
    GO ech ech

  141. Results of the presidential bye-election in Zambia won’t be very
different from the results of 2006, suggests a secret intelligence
report by the British’s Department of International Development(DFID.
These results, according to a source in the DFID, will force the three
major contenders to think of forming a coalition government.

What will be slightly different from the 2006 results, said the source
will be the reaction by the losing candidates. The report projects that
the losing candidate’ supporters will take to the streets causing a few
skirmishes in different locations of the country especially Lusaka and
Copperbelt. The skirmishes won’t be very violent but will be worryi

  142. Wanzelu you are right about the post.what ever deal they cracked with sata. we will soon kno cause sata is losing. The post has lost its integrity. they are no longer professional. God knows wat they are tried to hide from us. Anyway for now dont mind them. November 1 when HH is in state house we will no quiet a few dark secrets that these guys are hiding. Rumour has it that……..

  143. The skirmishes won’t be very violent but will be worrying
enough to force the winning candidate to sit on the negotiation table
    with his rivals.

But what will finally force the winning candidate to include the
‘losers’ in his governance will not be so much the immediate reaction
but the long term effect on the economy.

Without involving the ‘losers’ in the new government, tension in the
country is likely to continue for a long time after the election and
this would be bad for the general economy as investors confidence may
dwindle. Already, the local currency is losing ground to major
currencies due to the election fever. Some investors, especially from
    China are said to be

  144. Some investors, especially from
China are said to be withdrawing large amounts of Dollars and relocating
to South Africa to go and observe the election period from there.

The DFID has obvious reasons for being eager to know the political
events in Zambia in advance because it is one of the leading development
agencies in Zambia. For example; it is providing £40 million of aid to
Zambia during the 2007/08 financial year in the form of general budget
    support.

DFID’s primary aim in Zambia is to support the implementation of the
Government of Zambia’s Fifth National Development Plan (FNDP).DFID
