  3. can’t get excited after all these chaps wont go beyond this round.how i miss the old golden days of GOLDEN KAZIKA,JAMES JENGELA,DOMINIC KABULUBULU MUTALE, REUBEN SAKALA, ABEL MWELESHO,BONNIE PLATINI MUMA,WISEMAN CHIZUMIRA,GEOFREY MULENGA,STONE MUKANGO NYIRENDA,DEARANCE MUTALE,PETER CHILINDA,DESMOND M’GAWA,DENNIS KABWE, KUTI NALILA NSHIFWAYA UKWIBUKISHA..

  4. Yaba..It’s a case of congratulating them on their win.BUT knowing fully well that their up against it in the next round. Both teams Zesco & Arrows.I rate their chances of progress from their very slim, much as i wud like them 2 win.Y can’t they find a system of finding the west & north african teams further in the competition? It might give them some confidence. But this is a tough ask.Definitely out of it tho i hope they can prove me wrong!

  5. Oh! That is great. Now let them all focus on the next games by training harder on physique, speed and accurate on passing. We need 1,2, 1,2 type of futbo very fast, accurate and physically fit on the ball.

  6. GUDNITE BLOGGERS,say goodnight to jesus and you will hear him whisper ´i love you ` remember to go to church too…

  7. #6 lets support the boys they played well. I know that you are a Nkana supporter but now it is a finished tean. Nkana FC used to have the best sponsorship but thats no longer the case. It is ZESCO FC who vave the best sponsorship now and are winning the league and cups. At continental level Nkana fc reached the final once and never won a cup. Power FC have the best record coz they won a Mandela cup and Nkana they can go to hell and rot in division one, they messed up their chances.

  8. Let them swap jerseys with the Zambia National (Dance Troupe)Footbal Team ! Ka Great Galu should leave FAZ !

  9. #BA YAMA if you watched futbo in the mid 90’s then these names should not be strange to you.these guy’s i have mentioned played in the same era with efford chabala, kalusha bwalya, benjamin bwalya, timothy mwiitwa, etc.so YAMA nga mwalitambilepo lwisha then, even the other guys i mentioned before were at their prime, full of skill and they were a marvel to watch.but if you were a toddler then i sympathise with you mwalipuswako.

  10. #15 CHIPOLOPOLO BOY,listen coolie,if you are a frustrated hippie prowling the bloggs spoiling for fights then spare me from being your victim.i know you are upset becoz your girlfriend didnt give it to you on valentines day,he gave it to somebody else hence your fits.i mentioned a lot of players but how do you marry me to being a nkana supporter.well nkana played great futbo and i wouldnt be ashamed to be their fan if i was.as for your zesco fine they are enjoying good sponsorship now but be wary zesco is a parastatal in dire financial straits,so boy be ready for a tsunami.zamtel, zamsure, next ………………..who knows.

  11. Congrats Boys! They boys gave us good match. It was nice wathing them from the Terraces. With the Zambian in Kenya behind them and silencing the local funs, it was like the boys were playing at home. The coach should work on the mid-field. Go boys go!

  12. Helo Lusaka Times, please verify your story above. About the Kenya match, if Enock Sakala scored twice in either half before Clifford also scored, it simply means Zesco scored 5 goals in Kenya, plus the two goals scored in Zambia, that makes it 7 -1 on ggregate.
