Zanaco Draw..Again

Zanaco recorded their second successive draw today this time away to Green Buffaloes.

The game ended 1-1 at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka to see Zanaco move up one point from 47 to 48 points on the table, 8 more than 2nd placed Zesco United.

Buffaloes were on target through Linker Mwikisa while Zanaco’s striker and the league top scorer Patrick Kabamba got one for the leaders to score his 20th goal of the season.

Elsewhere, Power Dynamos beat Kabwe Warriors 1-0 thanks to a 55th minute goal from Kennedy Mudenda.

Choma Eagles were the biggest winners on the day after a 2-1 home win over Chambishi thanks to goals from Aubrey Zulu and Diamond Chigwegwe.

Vanacious Mapande scored Chambishi’s lone goal.

Forest Rangers, like Power, also won 1-0 at home where they beat Red Arrows, Mala Besa there the scorer for the hosts.

Kaiser Kalambo’s  Konkola Blades also won by a lone goal and they defeated Nakambala Leopards courtesy of a Mulenga Mwape goal in the 75th minute.

And in Ndola, there was another 1-0 score line in the game between hosts Zamtel and away side Roan United.

Zamtel were the winners in that match after Francis Kamfwa  scored to hand his side the 3 points.
