Mbesuma Club Hunt Still Blank

Share

With less than 25 days to go before the transfer window closes, fallen striker Collins Mbesuma has yet to find a club.

According to Kickoff.com, his South African agents ProSport International have not received any queries for the Zambia striker.

“We are looking for a club for Mbesuma but at this stage there has not been any interest,” Francesco Ferreri of ProSport International told Kickoff.com.

Ferreri told Kickoff.com that they were still very optimistic that Mbesuma will find a club and in the meantime the player was keeping fit with a personal trainer while a search for a new club was on.

“We are not giving up on him which is why he is still under guidance in the gym, working out with a personal trainer. He has to be ready when we get him the right team for his services,” Ferreri said.

Mbesuma was fired from Moroka Swallows two weeks ago for indiscipline  after coming late for pre-season training just as he was about to start a second season at the Johannesburg team.

  1. The teams who employ Mbesuma have not been intelligent enough. All they need to do is stock up on Shekisheki at their training grounds and the chap ll be heading back even before training commences.

  2. This boy will suffer big time he thinks that he is a big star, he should ask Litana and wawa they going through hell.

  3. We reap what we sow,he has seen poverty yet,but its too late…………unfortntly no one can learn either……..Do you see the difference btween educated footballer and a dundruff…..

  4. Maybe Mbesuma is the epitome of Zambian footballers – not much talent but very big egos? How come no Zambian plays in the English/German/Spanish/French/Italian/Portuguese or any other world top liga?

  5. Most Zambian footballers have humble education. They find themselves in the rags to riches syndrome, very difficult to cure like all syndromes! It’s about time FAZ set up soccer academies with formal education as a must for one to qualify. Otherwise the list of retired bankrupt sportsmen will continue growing.

  6. Its like Luanshya pipo are used being loafers then sheki-sheki and belegede becomes the talk of the day…Football is a wrong career for this bunch of garbage. Can George Mpombo employ this chap as cow boy coz cowboys have no direction but followin the direction cows go …..

  7. #12 Even George Kunda is from Luanshya. He was at Mpatamato Secondary School.Luanshya has produced very inetelligent pipo especially from Luanshya Boys (LBSS) & Luanshya girls Schools. Unfortunately Luanshya has also produced two foolish men Mbesuma and George Kunda.

#15 Muzi alawanjipaya kunsenko. Ribs are cracking. Mpombo will even call Mbesuma “a football genocide sunami”. Ha ha ha

  8. this chap is just a disgrace…his advisors are useless as well, they are just interested in milking his rands without advising him properly..now they willl ditch him!!! he will join the new Zambia D of former footballers but drunkards and Failures..line-up..1.George Kolala 2.Wawa..3._____4._____5.Litana 6.______7._______8.Kalaba 9.Mbesuma 10.___________ 11.___________….next year this line up will be complete, trust me. it only happens in Zambia anyway, where this footballers dont know its a short career that you dont mess up..NALEKA!!!

  9. He showed alot of promise at Kaiser Chiefs then he education or lack thereof showed its ugly head. I have always thought a grade twelve Certificate or its equivalent should be the minimum for anyone to play for our national team. At grade twelve level you expect someone to reason better not this iresponsible and childish behavior this chap is exhibiting. Let him remain clubless!

  10. I thought someone will blame kalu for this behaviour exhibited by mbesuma.I can tell you the difference between kalu and these young players we have now. There have shallow minds and there dont dream big.Talk about charles lucky, kalu, there have a story to tell than these boys who end up in beer halls.

  11. ………..This guy will never grow up. Had more than one opportunity to make himself better but blew them all. I bet you this guy is done…and the worst part of it is that other players end becoming coaches….this moron won’t! What would he teach his players… if he can’t even demonstrate simple time keeping skills? This is very shameful indeed. He has shown no respect to authority and the people…us Zambians that supported him at least once. He should learn from people like Kalu that respected authority during their time…though his administrational skills are questionable going by the way he is handling FAZ…bad press etc, at least he has done something to better himself. Mbesuma will truely end up like Harrison Chongo ‘Wawa’. How can you educate someone like this guy…?

  12. He should just go back to zed and play for chiparamba. sheki sheki pa kaunda square market after training

  13. It is called Shake shake chibuku – meaning you shake the container to stir up the ingredients mainly “amataba” then drink. The word sheki sheki donsen’t make sense. I hope u have learned something.

Mbesuma is still loaded from his sale to portsmouth in Zed terms. When it drys out he will wake up!

  14. Help.. help.. A week ago there was an article about this chap. Someone in his name (Mbesuma) was saying he (Mbezuma) was in Canada for A trial thats why he failed to report in time to his club in SA

  15. too much shake shake in mpatamatu what can the !diot do very indisciplined and sturbon for no reason.sometimes education is good to shape up other individuals mane,he is such a monkey:-))
