The Movement for Multi-party Democracy (MMD) in Lusaka province has given the opposition Patriotic Front the last warning to stop disturbing the operations of the party in the province.
Provincial chairperson William Banda said that his party has for a long time tolerated the provocative behavior by the PF cadres but warned that it will no longer withstand it.
Mr. Banda said that the MMD has refused to be provoked and attacked by PF cadres who are fond of accusing the MMD of being violent when in fact not.
Speaking in Lusaka recently, Mr. Banda stated that if PF cadres continue with their behavior, his cadres will not relent to the situation but will fight back.
He said that the PF should take the warning seriously as it will not be a laughing matter when it happens.
