Power Dynamos have said they still don’t know how much they will get for winning the Faz Super Division title.
Power finished their season in grand style after crushing demoted Nkwazi 5-0 in their final game of the season on Saturday at Arthur Davies Stadium in Kitwe.
A senior Power official said they were shocked that they had received their trophy without a cheque.
“Up to now we do not know how much they are going to give us. It is very surprising,” the Power official said.
“I mean we were shocked to receive the trophy without even a dummy cheque. It is very unusual.”
However, Faz vice president Bonny Mwamelo said the prize money will be disclosed in the coming week after consultations.
He said Faz was still working on how much they will also give in other categories from player to referee of the year.
Faz last year sign a US$1.6 million three-year league sponsorship deal with mobile phone service giant MTN.

What consultations?..Consultations now? Are we Africans cursed…by God? Someone please tell me. What is wrong with us Africans? Look at how we run things. Is it not FAZ who scheduled the Season? Is this what they mean by ‘eyes on the ball’? Ba FAZ where is your focus? Or are you simply not capeable of focussing? Ayi, madoda!!!

I keep on saying this on this blog that the Galu executive needs to be replaced. They have outlived their usefulness and have become as useless as the MMD govt became. This “Galu the hero” worshiping will not take us anywhere. I’m not a prophet of doom but I see us struggling in the world cup qualifiers and will be going to the AFCON to be mere participants and not competitors. This is pathetic.
When people say Kaluuu should go some say it is jealous, what? this baga has been stealing from us (tax). how did they accept sponsorship without knowing how much MTN will remit . not possible. the money has been stollen by Kalluuuuu and his papies. they terminated KCM contract because kcm was giving money directly to the clubs, Bonate because he was geting money from Govt. the dogs want to have a hand in the money. BA KALUSHA we wont be scared to mention your name some of us and i want you to know that you are not any clause to be called intelligent. you guys FAZ are extremely dull, your to ma simple moves are easily noticed. it was not that you dropped out of school becoz of soccer, NO school was difficult for you KALUU AND YOUR FAaZ.
So this FAZ doezn’t have anything on paper somewhere in their filez or computer at Football House what the teamz in the various leaguez were playing for all along! Nobody hates this Great Kalu admin or even likes the Kamanga/Simataa group for that matter, but the many short-comingz of the current executive leaves so much to dezire. Â

Can we get serious.How do you let clubs play the whole season without knowing what is at stake.FAZ you are not doing enough to take football to higher heights.Even the Africa cup the (AFCON) we are just going there just to fullfil the fixtures.I have seen there is an element of corruption on the selection of players.There is hurriedly preparation of no quality at all.You should stop getting players allowances in advance.If a player says no,you should have respect. People in FAZ did not go there to enrich themselves but to uplift the standard of football in Zambia.Stop the root of soliciting dollars from players instead just motivate them.Give power their money.Who are you consulting?Everything was budgeted for with MTN as sponsors of league.This is very shameful.
