Petuake Member of Parliament Dora Siliya has maintained that the Twenty-Nine electric motor cycles impounded by police are a donation from “The My Home Town Project”.
Ms Siliya says through her Lawyers, Central Chambers, that she is a Patron of “My Home Town”, Petauke Chapter and that there is no secret that the electric motor cycles are a donation.
Addressing the press, Central Chambers Lawyer Sakwiba Sikota says his client received the motorised bicycles from ‘My Home Town’ head Office.
The bicycles are said to have been distributed other branches in Namwala, Ndola and Lusaka.
November, 18, Police conducted a search at the house of Ms Siliya and on Saturday police impounded a truck carrying 29 electric motorised bicycles which the driver said was delivering to Ms Siliya.

Gifts or donations? What does the law say on ministers receiving donations from abroad? Was duty paid on these items? Is the recipient organization registered or it is a brief case type?
Iwe Dora, when any organisation purchases assets for its operations, branches of such organisation get their ALLOCATION and not DONATION. So, if MHT donated the bikes to you, it means you’re not part of them.
Petauke should be declared a sovereign nation and Dora should be declared President without elections then left to plunder it single-handedly. My! this girl will loot is using her tricks or bums.

I think it is very important to understand things here. regardless of weather it was your home town or my home town, it seems you wanted to steal these things hence not giving them out. can you imagine you had to keep these things in a secluded warehouse at your Asian Friend who we also need to know his motive for 8 months without distributing them. What gurantee is there that you were going to give the beneficiary and not your cadres as a token of aprreciation in the case that you won.

When Dora, in court, claimed ignorance of the meaning of the word “nullity”, I thought she was dull girl.
