Promoted FAZ Division Three side Young Power coach Mwenya Chipepo says his team will not rush into wining promotion to Division Two this year.

Young Power, who won last year’s Copperbelt Amateur Football  League is the reserve side of FAZ Super Division cha mpions Power Dynamos.

Speaking in Kitwe,Chipepo said his aim this year is to groom players for the Power senior team.

The ex-Power player indicated that he was hired as Young Power trainer to develop players at Arthur Davies.

Chipepo said:”Our main target this year, is not to win the league but to groom players.”

“Our purpose is to strenthen “Young Power and develop players for the senior team,” he added.

Chipepo predicted that with a strong reserve team at Arthur Davies the local champions will stop buying players at will.
