Chililabombwe Prepares For First Local Derby

Promoted Konkola Mine Police coach Godffrey Siame has said pressure will  be on Konkola Blades when the two Chililabombwe  sides clash in their opening Super Division League match this Sunday.

Siame  said his side is ready to face Blades in the Chililabombwe derby.

He predicted that the game set for Konkola Staduim will be 50-50.

“Me and my boys (players) we are not going to be under pressure.We are just going to play our usual game” said Siame.

Siame added that he expects his players to put up a spirited fight in the week one game against Blades.

Meanwhile Blades  Secretary Michael Nsefu said match against Mine Police will be interesting.

Nsefu said that Blades,who finished third in the Super Division last season, is this year targeting to win the title.

  3. i dont even know the team i will support dis sunday…i just hope both teams will be in top ten at da end of da season.

  4. The match will be great am sure, how i would have loved to be home so as to see the match!  I too, don´t know the team to support. Let it be a draw. Proud to be from Chiliz.
