  1. Why should everything wait for DPP in Lusaka???

Why not have a DPP for each and every province to deal swiftly with local cases???

    • The president appointed a deputy minister specifically to set up such offices in the districts (called the district attorney). These will be lawyers under the office of the DPP specifically to process these cases, and represent the state in court on criminal matters.

    • DPP is some sort of institution like presidency. it not every case he handles but others in the institution. if we have too many DPPs… confusion pa Zed, walaba shani jelita na mulenga na iwe. ni grade 4 material iyi.

  2. Death sentence is appealing here. ANYWAY THEY HAVE NO WAY OUT. Our presido must just shrug up his pants and put a few signatures on those files. We will maintain peace in our country.
