Share

A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.

PROS

  • Amazing visual effects
  • the grabs you from the first second and doesn’t let go until after the cinema lights come up
  • Great acting by the cast especially Michael Fassbender who played David.

CONS

  • Left too many unanswered questions

FAVORITE QUOTE

  1. David: Why do you think your people made me?
  2. Charlie Holloway: We made ya ’cause we could.
  3. David: Can you imagine how disappointing it would be for you to hear the same thing from your creator?

Elizabeth Shaw: If we don’t stop it, there won’t be any home to go back to.

Elizabeth Shaw: This place isn’t what we thought it was!

CONCLUSION

Prometheus is a very entertaining movie which serves as a prequel to the 1979 movie Alien . You don’t have to watch “Alien” to be able to follow this movie , It makes the experience more interesting because you can think back to the classic but it’s not necessary. The characters and plot are all new and there aren’t any blatant references.  Prometheus asks the question of “Faith vs Science” which will leave you with something to debate about after the movie. With a great cast and excellent visual effects this is a must watch movie.

  1. I feel this is one of the such a lot significant info for me. And i’m satisfied reading your article. However should remark on some basic things, The website style is great, the articles is actually excellent : D. Just right job, cheers

  2. The movie had a lot of religious undertones of course the TB joshua christias who worship nigerian tithe scams will not get it. The engineers are akin to the giants spoken of in the bible the nephilim  and us human beings being some sort of theior offspring, this is why the question was aked who created the engineers if its really science. I thik how ridley scott merged bible stories with sumerian mythology which all point to the same ideology that some sort of heaven/space to create life. The plotholes in my opinion were deliberate for the sequels

  3. Director of the movie, Ridley Scott admits that this movie has an undertone of The Old Testament – creation, rebellion, discovery and all that jazz. Haven’t seen it yet, planning on taking the wife later this evening.

  4. I am extremely inspired along with your writing abilities and also with the format to your blog. Is that this a paid subject or did you modify it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice high quality writing, it’s rare to peer a nice weblog like this one nowadays..
