The Traditional Health Practitioners Association of Zambia (THPAZ) has commended government’s move to take the Sondashi 2000 AIDS cure formula (SF 2000) for official clinical tests.

THPAZ president Rodwell Vongo told ZANIS in a telephone interview in Lusaka today that the move was welcome especially that South Africa was almost validating the use of the Sondashi 2000 formula.

Dr. Vongo said his association will fully support the positive outcome of the clinical test of the Sondashi 2000 formula so as to pave way for more traditional cure discoveries for other diseases.

He said millions of people have for a long time been waiting for the AIDS cure hence the need for government to support traditional local interventions for the AIDS treatment.

Dr. Vongo further hoped that once the Sondashi 2000 formula is cleared and validated by government, the majority poor Zambians must be able to acquire the medicine afford ably.

Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Health Patrick Chikusu announced to the nation that government had finally approved the Sondashi 2000 formula for clinical tests to ascertain on whether it can be used as a cure for AIDS.

And Dr. Vongo has called on Zambians to support First Lady Christine Kaseba in her efforts to reduce the spread of cervical cancer among women in the country

He also appealed to men to emulate the Dr. Kaseba by coming up with various interventions that are aimed at combating the rampant rise of prostate cancer among men in the country.

Meanwhile, Dr. Vongo has called on all traditional healers in the country to prioritise healing people instead of focusing on charging huge sums of money.

Dr. Vongo observed that poor people, who cannot afford to pay huge sums of money, are left to die hence the need for traditional leaders to attend to such cases with a humane.

He has also called on members of the public to be alert of fake foreign traditional healers, who cheat people that they were capable of healing certain diseases through their various adverts on the streets.

I have heard claims that it can cure one of the types of HIV, and not all,….!

Then again,…. depending on your infection period, even the ARV’s “work’ depending on which type you have…

  You guys research more,how can they talk about HIV 1and2 when the virus up date is not isolated.this is a total fraud making poor worried for nothing. Up to now tests depends on that fake antibody antigen reaction

Not just waiting for the white man to come up with the solutions all the time.
Aids is hitting Africa more than anywhere else in the world. So It is a commendable move which deserves all the support.

its not the first time this is drug is going for clinical trial I remember way back in the year 2000 it underwent similar trials with another drug which I have forgotten the name and it was reported it has potential to reduce opportunistic infections, I spent K5 million on the drugs over a period of 2 years bt no improvement until I started taking ARVs people should be careful with people who make such claims. On the sidelines people with cancer should try a fruit called soursop whose leaves and stem are believed to cure cancer. Just google soursop and read about it and how to prepare the medication.
