The un-adopted Solwezi East Patriotic Front (PF) aspiring candidate, Richard Taima, has vowed to remain loyal to President Michael Sata and the entire PF leadership.

And Mr Taima has described statement from the named online media publications that he was rejected by the people of Solwezi East Constituency as “misplaced”.

Mr Tama said he will remain loyal to President Sata and the entire PF leadership, adding that he will also remain committed to help strengthen the party membership in Solwezi.

He, however, said he is only waiting for further instructions from the party leadership so that he can beef up the campaigns for the forthcoming Solwezi East Parliamentary by-election.

In a statement issued to ZANIS in Lusaka today, Mr Taima said he willingly decided to work with President Michael Sata because he is a visionary leader who is capable of bringing massive development to the entire country.

And Mr Taima has strongly refuted online media reports that he was rejected in Solwezi, saying he was in the race of the entire adoption process but only dropped out after it came to his attention that he was not eligible.

Mr Taima has since appealed to some sections of the media to speak from factual positions and not resort to painting a bad picture of him to the entire nation.

Three candidates have so far been adopted by their political parties and last week they successfully filed in their nominations for the Solwezi East Parliamentary by-elections slated for July 25, this year.

These include Peter Illunga of the ruling Patriotic Front, Clephus Luwaile of United National Independence Party (UNIP) and Villie Lombanya of United Party for National Development (UPND).

The Solwezi East constituency seat fell vacant following the resignation of former area Member of Parliament, Richard Taima, to join the ruling Patriotic Front.

  1. My mother once gave me these chitenges, I threw it away, because I don’t understand why people wear them
    Now men are wearing them?

    How primitive

    Thanks

    • If the world was to end today only cockroaches, watchdog staff, upnd members and mushota will survive.

What a combination of survivors……… WOW!!

    • Ati “my mother gave me THESE chitenges” then continues to say “I threw IT away.” This is not the level of writing skill expected of a PhD student. Your lack of analytical skills also gives you away unless yours is a Phd in dropping your pants for men.

  2. ” I was not rejected in Solwezi but only dropped out when it came to my attention that I was ineligible”.

This is absolutely nonsense and ironical clap trap!

The problem is that Taima thinks we are all PF Kaponyas. The fact of the matter is that he was rejected, period!

  3. This is just a PR statement, you were left out and let’s hope they give you something where yu can easily be monitored otherwise we are told yu have an insatiable appetite for riches

  4. Ineligible due to the corruption charges pending. And since he is not a minister already the man was rejected.

  5. This chap who claims to be an Accountant and yet he failed to finish ACCA. You are a thief. I hope they will take you to court. You are just loyal to PF so that they can spare you from going to jail mr. Fake Accountant.

  6. Ok Taima, we hear you. You were not rejected but you were adopted. Which party has adopted you? Already thinking and behaving like them usual retards. Before long you will be a complete mental retard. Shame! Such brilliant brains gone retard.

  7. Mr. Taima you cant fool all of us. The truth of the matter is that you were not adopted by PF. Just yesterday, there was an article in the Post Newspaper in which you yourself claimed that you were duped by PF. You can hide and will not run away from obvious truth. Umulandu taubola and PF will shield you for now but come 2016 you will definitely answer some charges against you under a different government. You will not be spared. The reason of you resigning from MMD was not to work for Sata but to seek court protection and possible prosecution by the court. We know the corruption going on right now in PF and already Judiciary has been compromised. You are one such type of a person who cannot be trusted. Shame on you.

  8. taima, these are kicks of a dying horse. just move on and stop cheating yourself that we are blind or deaf to see and read or hear about how you were dubed. a big lesson to many planning to do so. at least may be by elections ‘ll reduce though another formula seems already in place. wow! taima and pf

  10. Taima is trying to hide behind the notion that the “people of Solwezi East did not rejects him” but that’s neither here nor there because the PF have certainly rejected him. And as it’s clear that he reads the ZWD, he should be honest and say what the online media said.

  11. PF is an intelligent party, this should be a political strategy just wait and see. Tomorrow or the other day, we shall know the reason behind all this. Taima is going into foreign mission. Just wait and see
