Alliance for Better Zambia (ABZ) says come 2016 acting chief justice Lombe Chibesakunda will be made to pay back all the monies that she is illegally being paid.

Alliance for better Zambia president Father Frank Bwalya told Qfm news in an interview that when his party forms government in 2016, no excuse will be made from justice Lombe Chibesakunda but to pay back all the tax payers monies back.

Father Bwalya said even if government continued to shield the acting chief justice, all their plans are known and the people are not happy.

He said that the more days she continues holding the position the more credit she will be made to pay in 2016.

The ABZ leader has since maintained that government should make up for the Zambian people on their promises or else they will soon swallow a bitter pill.

  1. The care-taker person is already there. Stop raising problems. At the right time, a substantive will also be appointed. It is wrong to single out certain individual officere and officials for personal ridicule. What about COSAFA? Any comments on that? Where ratification is needed, then that will be sought. Acting positions are cleared differently from substantive positions.

    • iwe ng`anga kasonde….what are you taking about? what has COSAFA got to do with Father Bwalya… someone is illegally getting pay… this what is also called corruption which you should be fighting..

  2. Too many jokers in Zambian politics. Where in the world has anyone been made to pay back the monies they have worked for? The problem with the oposition leaders today is luck of vision for their Parties and the Country. The under5 will restore subsidies in 2016. This gay guy is also dreaming and then we have another crazy chap Nevers Mumba. Whichever Zambian people they keep refering to that they will vote for them in 2016.

    • you are an 1diot, so you intend to vote back into office this riffraff you call sata in 2016, assuming he will still be breathing any way though not likely!

    • Kalinongo
Aba sungu tila abati ” the devil you know is better than the one you don’t know”. As for now we have MCS ku plot 1., mailo who knows? It might be even you, if both your parents are Zambians.

  3. I do not think this matter is personal in any way. All public positions are accountable. We can do what we want in our tuntembas and farms but even there, once the workers wake up, the Ministry of Labour can come on you like rocks. The laws are there, they just need law abiding citizens to enforce them. Remembber the Chinese contractor being lambasted publicly by the President. Would you tell the President that he should not have compalined because the contractor was going to complete the road in due time. Genuine friends of the PF govt will continue with constructive criticism. Support when right and point out mistakes. PF deserves better, not embarrasing blind support.

  4. Iwe Frank mwaice wandi, there is no substance in what you are talking about. God back to the Catholic Church to do good in society.

  5. Makasa, gundixy with such kind of mentality Zambia is headed in the wrong path.you can reason better than this.read and analysis, before typing.
The biggest problem in Africa is deficiency in mentally learned people, they fall to use logic ,analysis, and reasoning.school is only a paper to them.

    • @chikubabeniso, I hope as an intellectual you are not insinuating that Bwalya is right in what he is saying. Read the constitution. The president is empowered to appoint an acting chief justice and to determine the period of acting. Read Article 96 of the constitution! We told you ba MMD that change the constitution, make it people driven you thought we were joking. Now PF is benefiting from laxity on reforming the constitution. The Acting Chief Justice is in her position legally!!!

    • michael sata won elections after 10yrs of planning, strategising and appealing saleable to the pipo of zambia. What a genius he was! He galvanised all and sundry and yet what do we ve today from these hungers around bunch of under5s? Its a sorry site, non of them has any clue where to start from. All they are doing is copy what MCS used to do abeit in a pathetic and unsaleable way.

  6. Add Kaseba to the list. They should all be made to pay back the money they are stealing from the public.

  7. so politics is all about talking others not issues, Father Bwalya should start convincing us on how he will be doing things differently than setting targets to bring others down.Politics of vegence or revenge personally i condem them please we are tired of hearing insults like the those from the head state

    • He is not insulting. Father Bwalya is dealing with a very important issue. It is called separation of powers, independence of the judiciary and upholding the Constitution. Maintaining the current Acting CJ in her position infringes on all of these important principles. Anyone who cannot see this is lacking in analytical skills.

  8. Zambian politics make me sick. Opposition politicians sound petty and childish, personal-and…… the list is endless. That is why I consider it a waste of my precious time reading about what they say. I thank the Lord I have a thousand other things to focus on

  9. Fr Bwalya, who on earth would vote for a catholic priest as a president?! You don’t even understand issues of “Insuna”

  10. Out of all the things ,Bwalya can just dream of forming government in 2016,Jesus have mercy on us and the whole world

  11. Father Bwalya should just get back to the pulpit and help people from there. Do not disappoint God by indulging yourself in lies. Politics are not for the just , you will not get where you think you can go. God will punish you for forsaking HIM and you will just be wondering about like your friend Nevers Mumba. Chibesakunda has been a high court judge for some time now. what is wrong with her acting chief justice. she is a strong lady. if you are not happy go and study law.

    • I repeat that Mr.Frank Bwalya is still a priest sacramentally, but no longer reverend enough to be titled “Father” any more. He does not pratice priesthood officially and should not be mentioned as a Catholic priest, but rather as a free person who has now chosen politics as more redeeming than religion. I have nothing personal against Mr.Bwalya except for his continued mistaken alignment with Catholic Church just to get easy publicity. I pray and advise Mr. Bwalya to humble himself and publicly refuse to be addressed as Father Bwalya officially any more. Amen.

  12. Chalwe, it is alleged that the President said HH and Father Bwalya were born out of wedlock. If that is true, is your criticism including the Head of State?

  13. fr bwalya is also loosing it. look at the open letter that miyanda wrote to minister of justice, compare it to this vomits frm bwalya. no credible opposition. @2.1 be careful b4 u find ur self in court for insulting the president.

  14. The Zambian Presidency has really gone to the Dogs. Can’t believe this is coming from someone who should be a head of state.

Zondwa has gone mad, behaving like a rabit dog. Can’t wait to say ROT IN HHE

  15. No law scholarship, now he turns his hate towards the acting chief justice! If Frank is credible, he should pay for his law degree like everyone else. Becoming envious of people with law degrees or good education and good jobs is not the way to go about promoting your presidential aspirations. This guy is greed that’s why he left priesthood and his presence in the political scene is only for financial gains.

  16. You need to judge these people using natural justice. This is what this former clergy is trying to say. To me he sound learned than most of these educated lawyers who can not think beyond the letter. In short he is saying is what is happening in this country is criminal, and those responsible must be brought to justice.
