A member of the Bemba Royal family has expressed disappointment over Chiefs and traditional affairs Minister Professor Nkandu Luo’s continued verbal attacks on the Bemba Royal establishment on the Chitimukulu succession process.
Patrick Mucheleka who is also Lubansenshi Independent Member of Parliament says it is saddening that Prof. Luo has continued to Undermine Bashilubemba’s Authority in succession matters.
Mr. Mucheleka has since urged all well meaning people to unite and condemn Prof. Luo.
Mr. Mucheleka was commenting on Chiefs and Traditional Affairs Minister Professor Nkandu Luo’s statement published in the Media that the choice of a Bemba chief is not based on the Bemba Royal Establishment as such.
If the choice of a Bemba Chief is not based on the Bemba Royal Establishment then on whom is it based? I think Professor Clueless Cluo is now misleading herslf and the public. Who chooses the chief other than the established royal establishment?

An officer from the town council/Ministry of local government was present to take minutes of the selection and installation and its the responsibility of that department to forward the said minutes.
