Zesco Unted set for Confed Cup preps

Coach Tenant Chembo says Zesco United are ready to compete in the 2014
Caf Confederations Cup.
Chembo is confident that Zesco will perform well in the continental
championship.
He announced that the Ndola side will commence preparations next week.

“The team is ready for Confederations Cup and we regroup on the 16th
December,” Chembo told the club website.

“Having featured in continental football before, my boys are looking
at finishing as one of the best teams,” he added.

Chembo promised to beef up his squad ahead of the 2014 campaign.

“We are looking at boosting various departments in the team and we
will poach some players,”he said.

Zesco were runners-up in the 2013 FAZ Super League.

  1. Wil represent ZAMBIA to de expectation of de NATION “12 tym CHAMPION”. I cant wait 2 SATE SATE.

  2. Ba Zesco 9x/10 you disappoint us. You also know you do. Just say so. If you really want to show seriousness you MUST first wake up! And I mean “WAKE UP!!!”
Here is why and how to wake up:
You’ll agree with me that teams that make it far enough in African clubs continental championships are of the following two kinds.
    1. One regarded as national team B in their respective country.
    2. One that has a foreign legion of players.
In you don’t qualify to be described either or a combination of both, you will do yourselves and all Zambians a favor to shut up and concentrate on the upcoming Zambian league.
Sorry if I sound insulting or unpatriotic: but Zambian teams simply need to WAKE UP and do the right thing…get a paradigm shift. Ndagola!

    • Please excuse that typo, Ba Zesco; meant to say, “If you don’t qualify to be describe as either…”
